Absolutely overprized hotel! For the same price, you can get much more better hotels in Salento. Terrible services, room extremely hot (40 degrees!) and you can’t keep the air confition on when you are out from the room. We complained and they offered a second key to keep inside the room for keeping the aur condition active when we were not in the room...but surprisely, when back to the hotel “somehow” the air condition was off. Nobody at the reception is able to speak english. Very arrogant, they told me that if I come to Italy I should speak / learn italian. The position is also very bad: besides the Grotta della Poesia (that you can visit in 30 minutes max) all the other places are very far from this hotel. Swimming pool not accessible.

Siamo entrati nell'albergo solo per informazioni ma essendoci trovati subito bene ci siamo rimasti 3 giorni Albergo a tre stelle meritate che diventano cinque con la presenza, professionalità, bravura e simpatia delle due sorelle Tania e Natasha. Tutto il personale in generale è stato molto gradevole.

Hotel a due passi dal mare. Le ragazze della reception si sono dimostrate tutte molto disponibili per ogni richiesta. Camera un po' piccola ma tutto sommato funzionale alle nostre esigenze, un po' poco curata al nostro arrivo ma poi sistemata subito dopo la prima notte. Prezzo buono.

Hotel pessimo, apparentemente bello soprattutto per la location ma le camere sono piccole il pavimento è sporco il frigo bar è vuoto, prezzi eccessivi per una notte sopratutto date le condizioni. Per non parlare della colazione a buffet in cui ci è stato chiesto 15 a persona, pessima esperienza sicuramente se non miglioreranno la gestione non ci ritorneremo

Abbiamo fatto colazione al bar 2 caffè e 2 cornetti (decongelati) 8€…senza scontrino……poi si capisce perché struttura praticamente vuota vergognoso! Peccato perché in posizione strategica! Non oso pensare il servizio ristorante…..?!

Sono stato con amici a pranzo, per la location non si può dire niente anche se l’hotel da sulla strada ma comunque vicino a uno dei posti più belli della costa pugliese versante adriatico! Il ristorante come ambiente è risultato un po’ asettico ma pulito! Ora passiamo al pranzo! Ho preso degli spaghetti con le cozze, il sughetto era cremoso ma mi aspettavo profumo di mare invece lo cozze non sapevano di niente! Nel complesso mangiabili! La nota dolente è stata la frittura! Si vedeva che non era fresca…. gli anelli di totano erano gommosi è tutta abbastanza unta! Il calice di vino non ricordo cos’era ma buono! Secondo me ci vorrebbe l’intervento di Antonino C!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo albergo con i nostri due bambini di 3 e 6 anni. Ci siamo trovati benissimo in tutto, posizione direttamente sul mare a pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge bellissime del Salento. Le camere sempre super pulite, il bagno e la doccia molto grandi. La colazione sempre ricca e ben fornita durante tutto l'orario. Il personale sempre super cortese e accogliente. Abbiamo cenato solo una volta al ristorante per nostra comodità ma il cibo era buono e di qualità. Non ho dato i 5 punti solo per una piccola scomodità del parcheggio un po' distante dall'entrata e la non presenza di discese per passeggini e valigie. Per il resto tutto il massimo del punteggio!!!!

Non abbiamo soggiornato in hotel, ma abbiamo pranzato al ristorante, tutto buonissimo, prelibatezze di pesce, antipasti e primi piatti eccellenti, complimenti allo chef Silvio, posto bello, consiglio!

Struttura nuovissima, in un grande parco con ampio parcheggio;ittima colazione dolce e salata, staff professionale e disponibile a rispondere alle esigenze della clientela sempre con il sorriso. Sì possono raggiungere molte spiagge a piedi e anche il centro di Roca; attraversando la strada si raggiunge l'area archeologica della grotta della poesia.Consiglio vivamente
