Room was very big, however overall all the place is quite outdated and old - especially the bathroom. The shower/bathtub is very slippery, even with the rubber mat. There was a foul smell in the hallway and occasionally in the lobby as well.

Extremely bad service. Was specifically asked what kind of room I wanted even though it was written on the booking, and then given a different room. Had to go down and swap over keys and needed to wait 15 minutes for a simple key swap. Beds weren’t made either, and towels were not clean. Ended up buying towels. Absolutely no customer service.

1st class, the suite was a perfect size for 2 people. The view was excellent from the balcony, kitchen & bathroom facilities were perfect with comfortable furniture in the lounge area. The staff were very helpful & cheery & a credit to the establishment. We would come back here without hesitation & would recommend it highly.

People at the reception were very helpful especially while we did a very late check out and needed wifi for work which first didn’t work. Thank you again to the kindly team. Always smiling, much appreciated !

We had an amazing stay at Oaks. Room was out of couple of amenities when first arrived but the reception was helpful.

Convenient location to things. Has a washer and dryer in case you need.

The staff was not very forthcoming and the furniture should definitely be updated. Cleanliness is also not the best but location is very convenient.

The room and the view were stunning. One of the best features of the hotel is that it comes with cabinets already stocked and loaded with dishes, silverware, etc. I've never seen a hotel do something like this before. Amazing. However, the room we stayed didn't have a fan in the bathroom. One of us came down with a stomach bug during our stay, and we had nothing to filter the air after using the toilet. It made the entire place stink, and nothing to do about it. Hopefully, at our next stay, we will be given a room with a working fan in the bathroom.

Good - bed was spacious - room was huge with an amazing view of the city (24th floor) - very good location (near parliament station, near grocery store) - laundry and dryer were free-of-charge - room came with kitchen area with dishwasher Bad - towels were slightly stained - no smart tv

I previously stayed here with my family, and the service was excellent back then. They provided laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid&powder, and all kitchen appliances were functional. Trusting their quality, I decided to bring my family to stay here again. However, this time, the room was very dirty, with hair all over the place and an unclean bathroom. They no longer provided laundry detergent; we had to buy them from the staff. The dishwasher was also not working. We reported it to the staff on the first day, and they said they would call a technician, but nothing happened each time. We had to follow up daily, yet the repair was never done until the day we checked out. Additionally, we experienced a fire alarm going off during our stay. Everyone ran down the fire escape and gathered in front of the hotel. Fire trucks and police arrived, but the staff provided no information. People had to crowd around and ask the staff individually, then pass on the information themselves. There was no clear explanation or updates on what was happening or what we needed to do next. Everyone was very disappointed with the service this time.
