The room was comfortable with good amenities provided. The service at the reception was also excellent. However, the noise from the upper floors was excessive and very disturbing. I stayed on the ground floor, but the loud sounds of people moving furniture, hammering, and knocking on walls were disruptive. Additionally, the bathroom light was not working, making the bathroom dim and unpleasant. The TV couldn’t connect properly due to the intermittent Wi-Fi, which kept disconnecting. Since I was only staying for one night, I didn’t bother calling customer service. On the bright side, the breakfast was really good, with a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, it was an okay stay.

This resort beautifully blends modern comfort with a Nyonya touch. The room’s dual sinks were a plus, though an unpleasant smell upon check-in was a downside. However, the warm hospitality of the staff, always greeting with a smile, made the stay enjoyable. With some improvement in room freshness, it would be even better.

I love this hotel. Except i got room very far from the lobby, very tiring to walk to restaurant/swimming pool. Cleanliness are good. I didnt get a chance to go kids room. Maybe next time i will repeat my stay.

We had best stay at the hotel, the highlight was definitely the pool and slides. Very kids friendly hotel. The breakfast was good too and have a lot of selection. However, the staff didnt tell me that the price of additional adult paid at the counter was bit higher compared to purchase during check in

At first, i was waited due to my room not ready yet. After quite sometimes, they upgraded my room for free due to that circumstances. Thank you Parkroyal! We dont have much time to enjoy the other facilities such as pool and outdoor things due to heavy rain. For sure, i will come again!

Our stay was for 3 days we came with family for our kids golf tournament. Stay room everything was good we had good time at the pool side restaurant the staff Daniel and all are very welcoming and service was very good. Will surely recommend to family and friends and we will surely come back here again.

Great Stay with Excellent Service I had a wonderful stay at Parkroyal,The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained. The location was convenient, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Good place to celebrate family day birthday treat..kids friendly ..i saw a few time hotel staf do the cleaning work..the bedroom is Super cozy and i love the Deco inside the room..food was so good .. got iron,sejadah to pray,kiblat arrow..just If chef cook more variety food .. for me the taste not so good idea teh tarik Tu good Enjoy and staf baik sgt abg teh tarik.. Nezt bole repeat again..ade kids room Need to up more activiety like damai laut hotel prepare..kolam dia paling best ..besar

Overall pleasant stay. Hotel is quite new, but signs of ageing can be seen, especially in the toilets but still tolerable. The shower and toilet areas are separated. Toilet doors don’t have locks. The breakfast is good, with wide variety of the usual spreads - Asian station with noodles, nasi lemak, roti canai, salad, egg station, sausages, wedges, salad, cold cuts of meet, porridge, noodle soup station, sushi, pastries (super yummy!) and coffee/fruit juices/ live teh tarik. Room is quite large with 2 queen beds sufficient for 2 adult, 2 children. Beds are comfy and nice. Staff are generally attentive and helpful. The distance between lobby to the rooms can be quite far, hence do request for nearer to lobby rooms if its of concern. The swimming pool is large with slides at the kids pool. Also had jacuzzi and massage water feature areas. Had loads of fun here The hotel is quite a distance from Melaka city which takes about 45-50 mins 1 way.
