Functional. The only thing that you should note is that there are no lifts. So you might need to bring your luggange up 3 flights of stairs if your room is on level 3!

A lovely, friendly place to stay . And there's a free breakfast for everyone everyday (simple but good, you can eat to full) They also give me useful tour information,too.

It was a really nice cheap place to stay. I would recommend it just because it's close to everything but it's an awkward place to get to but other than that people were nice. They have events and games but I didn't stay too much because I was out traveling

It is such a good location nearby Southern Cross Station and easy to find, it's convenient for us. Plus, the staff are helpful and friendly.

Near the southern cross station, walking distance around 5mins walk thus very convinient. Room is clean and not noisy at night. Wifi available & strong connection.

It was really nice location. If you go to Marvel stadium, this hostel is really great! The bathroom is not very clean.

Need improvement the plugs to charger

Absolutely lovely and helpful staff right from the beginning. Every morning free breakfast and actually enough space within the reception hall / dining room. Kitcheb seems to offer everything you need for everyday cooking or quick breakfast. Cleanliness in bathrooms could be improved, not just by simple cleaning though but by renovation, especially bathrooms are very small for so many people, shower barely able to enter and exit without soaking all your belongings, that are meant to sit on the ledge. Vents are full of dust and some parts moldy. Therefore I believe it's rather unhealthy and not hygienic. You'll be usually charged 3$ to get your hands on a towel, unless staying in private room. Not buying obviously but in my opinion that's basics, that should be included. All around I'm happy with what they offer, you get, what you pay for.
