Pros Good reception staff and friendly staff Location is not too bad but far from main gates of the mosque Rooms are big Check in and out was good Check out late 2pm which is nice Cons Rooms are so tired and not too clean They have issue with cleaning and room services

I had to change the hotel because there was home lizard in my bed. Bathroom there were ants and some other small flying insects.

I usually never leave reviews, however my stay was unpleasant enough to persuade me to leave one. Here are several complaints about the place: 1)It is not baby friendly 2) Mold in bathroom 3) Bathroom floor floods from shower 3) Dust behind bed 4) Old and dirty furniture 5) Broken mirror 6) Although there is a no smoke policy, the smell of smoke is present almost every hour. At points it would be so strong that the fire alarms would go off causing the elevators to stop working. Which was a great inconvenience especially during prayer times. 7) The hotel reception desk is not concerned by the smoking. 8) Vacuuming at 9:00pm While I was there I complained about the smoking several times as I have asthma and my baby was with me. However they would give such a hard time just to get their attention at the desk. Finally after mentioning it for the seventh time we were given a different room.

Location is awesome as the access to haram is good for both genders. Staff was good respective and cooperative. Parking was paid per night SAR50 but was full and I parked in haram parking. Junior suite was spacious but different from the given pictures, and was very dirty, the carpet, cabinet, drawers, walls, most of the furniture was too old.

Very old hotel the only good thing is that it's very close to Majid Nabvi. Staff was helpful but property needs complete refurbishment as everything needs replacing

Very close to Grand Mosque An Nabawi. Very spacious room and friendly staff. A bit old facilities and smelly bathroom but overall is good

Location is great just 1 mint walk from masjid ,I had a view of masjid from my window , stuff is great and helpful , no iron in the room and no cream for coffee

Took more than hour for check in as room was not ready. However this may be due to overcrowded/Eid. Location is superb but hotel overall condition is not good and need renovation specially all furniture and fixtures

Everything was not working. Light, AC, tv etc. It was really bad stay

The property had a good view of Haram and it was also at a walking distance from Masjid Nabwi
