any good place in neighborhood he’s safe and close to that Metro building it in for another at the school not bad for the price. Nice and clean.

The staff was friendly and caring. The room was clean and the neighbourhood was safe and close to La 70. I had a pleasant stay.

Excellent location safe neighborhood. 3 minute walk to the main road for restaurants. Grocery store 2 blocks away for food only, and supermarket is about 4 blocks away for food and everything else. It is true it’s close to the airport so you will hear some planes but it’s really not that bad. They don’t fly all night and when you hear them in the morning the sun is already up anyway. I would definitely stay again.

3rd time staying at the property. Safe, quiet, shopping nearby, lots of dining options, transportation hub, walkable, and above all all amenities as described! Highly recommend.

the only reason I gave 3 stars and not less is because of the amazing evening receptionist Wilmer who gave service on the top level, and also with smile. when I entered the apartment the bed and the floar near the bed very dirty, a lot of woman's hair. Also the toilet paper was broken and few light bulbs didn't work. It was difficult to communicate with the other receptionist - for example - one afernoon I asked to leave me 2 clean towels at the reception after I brought 2 dirty and when I came back at night there were no clean towels. The price was too high for such a poor service in general but Wilmer war fantastic..the best receptionist ever!!

A beautiful, spacious, immaculate and very safe apartment. The location is excellent. It is surrounded by many food options and is about a 10 minute walk to the metro station. I would definitely stay in it again.

Good location only 10 minutes from subway station. Convenient kitchenette. Clean apartment and friendly staff.

Location, Location, Location. You are close to la 70, estadio metro station all the bars and restaurants close to Parque Laureles 1 and 2. You have the alimentador (green metro buses) that takes you to the metro if you don’t want to walk. Grocery stores nearby and panaderías and menu of the day type of restaurants. It is also an apt. with a washer and dryer ! Highly recommend !
