We do staycation here for celebrating Our WEDDING ANNIVERSARY.. Check in and check out ontime. Facilities are Good. Breakfast food really great and yummy. The personil are also nice services. Thanks a lot. Just a litte noted for miss welcoming cake. Nope.

The curtain was torn n dirty, the mattress not comfy and blanket not thick enough. No carpet in the room  doesn’t make me feel like hotel . Breakfast is good, staff are polite .

Very professional and friendly staff even though they were extremely busy during the weekend. The breakfast was well stocked with varieties of food and drinks to cater for all palates. The food were delicious from the usual to exotic local delicacies freshly made. There's also sushi, nasi lemak, lontong and more. Freshly made jamu and local brewed coffee with varieties of gula aren from different areas. All in all, the breakfast is superb value for money. Will definitely stay here in our next visit.

Room is small but enough for 1 people, no refrigerator in the room but you can use hotel’s refrigerator via lobby staff. The food is good with indonesian style. Hotel staff is nice and polite.

This is a good business hotel. Breakfast is good. The wifi is servicable. Airport pickup was great as well. Book this hotel if you need a place to stay for business and do not need any hassle.

It was an exceptional experience, and I am delighted that my event was held at this hotel. The rooms were immaculate, the information provided was comprehensive, and the service was impeccable. First of all Staff are really kind and well trained Food is good Key to enhance will be 1. Maintenance (overall hotel room is really old, need refurbishment) 2. Pest control (a lot of ants in room) 3. Electric appliances also need to change, for instance my hairdryer is extreme old and loosen Looking forward on next stay
