The most wonderful hotel. Far beyond other 5* hotels. The facilities were incredible. The activities were excellent- cycling, sailing and water skiing being our favourite! The food was exceptional and the staff so friendly. Thank you for hosting us.

It was recommended so I came with high expectations and they were far exceeded by the experience. We met so many nice people who were there on holiday. It’s always a good sign when the guests are lovely too! So what can I say about the O&O St Geran? The location is lush with gorgeous views in every direction. The room was spacious and very comfortable; we are in love with the sheets. The food is outstanding! We ate in all the restaurants but the buffet was our favourite as the quality and variety was like no buffet we’d experienced. Be warned, alcohol and wine are pricey but the quality is excellent. The Spa has great treatments, I recommend the cold facial !! By far the best thing about the One and Only at St Geran is the team. They are warm and welcoming. So professional. From Arnaud the manager, veterans like the wonderful Mr Eric who looked after us at the beach. Our butler Kumar, Nicole at breakfast and the new team Sony, Yurgesh and Zumar! Too many people to call out by name. They made the holiday for us. Their kindness and care made it more than a luxury holiday. We could fully relax. I’m so glad we came and we will definitely return.

In Mauritius this year and reminiscing of how last year’s vacation was at One & Only, miss being part of the Kerzner family. Hats off to all the fellow Mauritian who works in the hotel and took great care of us, service was amazing, massive rooms and lovely amenities. We need to have more tourists visiting those established 5* hotel instead of the new ones in Mauritius which are not up to the standard.

Thanks to the person who brought the ice cream! Here's what fell short of expectations: Hygiene: Sanitization practices didn't seem to meet expectations, room wasn't cleaned well Pool Safety: It was concerning to see wild ducks swimming with children in the pool. Drink Service: Lipstick marks on cocktail glasses raise hygiene concerns. Shisha Issues: quality was poor and finding ash or insects in the shisha hose is unacceptable. Bird Problem: Staff should be more responsive to requests to replace food snatched by birds. Kids' Club: The messy environment and lack of engaging activities for children is disappointing. Staff demeanor could also be improved. Beach Suitability: While the beach might be okay for adults, it's not ideal for children.

Having stayed across many hotels around the world with my family on vacation, I must say this has been the best experience ever. The staff, the hotel, the beautiful long beach, the well-manicured gardens, the spa are the major highlights of the resort. The food is exceptional, the breakfast has large spread breads, breakfast rolls, freshly baked croissants, crepes and waffles made to order. There is so a huge option of fresh fruits to choose from and the chef is happy to cut some fruit if you do not want to take it from the buffet. Rooms are beautiful, we had 2 rooms and our host with the housekeeping ensured that our rooms were cleaned every day on the time that we requested for. We also had thoughtful turndown gift on a daily basis till our departure. Our son who is a now a teen was given a bag with gifts on the day we arrived; gifts that were meant for teens and not kids...so thoughtful. The staff does not understand the word "NO", it's like finding a genie in a bottle who can grant you unlimited requests, they go above and beyond to ensure that we had a more than comfortable stay. I would love to name of few staff that we encountered during our stay, but this would be unfair to those whose names we do not remember, literally every staff we came across from the gardeners, security, chefs, restaurant staff, managers, housekeeping staff they all had displayed a sense of wanting to serve you with a genuine heart. It is the best hotel that we have been in our whole life! They are very very friendly and also child friendly which is very important when you are traveling with your kids. Our hosts Kumar, Moonien, Marina and Liliana gave us the best services they could give and were always very respectful and kind. At the pool we had the privilege to be served by Eric, who also did everything to make our stay and our son’s stay super! We will definitely come back to One & Only Le Saint Géran with pleasure and can’t even wait to plan our next visit! Thank u team O&O Le Saint Géran!

Very confortable, large and spacious room. Ocean view definitely better than lagoon view. The host was friendly and helpful. I lost my sunglasses and he found them in minutes. The kids had fun at the Kids only club. Good food. Met all my expectations

our stay was fantastic. first of all the place is exceptional, many rooms overlook the sea. the gardens, the beach, the swimming pools, the places of activities are splendid. the team is very warm and takes great care of the customers. the restaurants and coffee/cocktail area are very beautiful. there are many activities to do as a couple or as a family. the spa offers many services and a real relaxing break.

A very wonderful experience and very distinguished services, especially from Mr. Kooshal, who made a great effort with us and deserves all appreciation. In the beginning, we faced a problem with the room, as we booked connecting rooms, and upon arrival we did not find that, but the hotel upgraded us and provided us with a more than wonderful experience. The staff were all incredibly helpful, and the concierge service was extremely wonderful. They provided us with all our needs and suggestions, which made our experience the best experience ever.

What a stunning hotel, like any One&Only. Loved the rooms ...the pools...the service...the food! The pool is so so nicely located with floating bean bags...the service at the pool was exquisite. All the food was exceptional but Tapasake was something else. Loved it!

Impeccable service and the place is beautiful ! Super kids friendly, and rather spacious, beach pool area never seemed too crowded. Staff are all attentive and obliging. Great facilities - gym, kids club etc . Overall a great vacation , highly recommend

We had such a wonderful family holiday. Every restaurant was fantastic but we especially enjoyed prime and tapasake. The water sports team were great and taught us all to waterski. The beds were super comfortable and all of the staff were incredibly helpful. The spa for a bastien Gonzales treatment is also a must. Even when the weather didn’t play ball the staff had a wet weather program and the days passed quickly as did the clouds.
