WARNING: I booked this property through a third party site. After the booking was confirmed, they demanded additional payment for things listed as included and for a cleaning fee which was not listed. Such hidden fees and post contract conditions are unlawful in the EU, and the third party website took my side. The accommodation agreed to honour the original booking but then sent condescending and passive aggressive messages. They then cancelled the day before I was due to arrive. The five star reviews on the website I booked through also looked suspicious as nearly all of them were from 'local guides' not guests and were written in generic marketing language.

I have never stayed in a place this bad in a long time. I would not recommend anyone to book this place. The amount of money is not worth the hassle and bad staff treatment. Even before arriving, we had to deal with the rude booking staff (Wendy) who was forcefully trying to upsell us on so many expensive, unnecessary things that were available much cheaper with other suppliers. We asked for a late checkout and were told to pay an exorbitant extra amount even though we’d already paid for a full 2 week stay at the apartment. When I complained about the cost of the late checkout, I was told that I would need to take their overpriced shuttle service to get this for free. Suffice to say I did not take this. These staff were also rude to some Mauritian friends we had asked to check out the accommodation for us. I had already told the staff (Wendy and co) that we’d check in after 5 pm because of our flight and getting to the apartment. Yet there was still no one here to give us the keys when we arrived. After a few phone calls and waiting an extra 30 minutes, we got the keys from what can be described as the only person in this place with manners. He helped with our luggage and refused a tip. We’re now only at this place for a day, and it’s been is not good. First, I had to call again this morning to find out why the daily cleaning service hadn’t arrived. Then after finding people walking around, we arranged for the daily cleaning service to commence. The cleaning service is so bad you can't even call it that. The floors and even the bed-making are not even worth it. We asked for the 2 single beds to be turned into one bed. The staff pushed the 2 beds together instead of making it into a proper bed. When we explained what they needed to do, they said they couldn’t do it. They didn’t have an extra duvet or blanket and the know-how on how to turn 2 single beds into one bed. After having to fight and argue with the concierge and then complain to an unsympathetic and rude person (Tirousha) at the head office booking staff, they finally agreed to turn the single beds into a proper double bed. It turns out it was possible, but they just didn’t want to do it. Going the extra mile and helping is not on these guys agenda. This place is 1 star at best with the service levels. The concierge arrived at the apartment with the cleaning staff and could see that we were working and in an online meeting, and he still insisted on speaking to us. I was also expected to write down my credit card details on a piece of paper or give them 200 euros cash for a deposit. When I declined both options, I was told that they would have security remove us from the building without refunding the accommodation. If I could get a refund, I would run from this place. After speaking to Tirousha yet again about this, I said that I was fine with pre-authorisation for a deposit but not by writing my card details down. We were very disappointed with this apartment - the apartment itself was very nice - but the beach in front of the apartment is not for swimming - its awful - not much of a beach to lie on - We expected a beach holiday walk out your door and swim every morning - but you had to either walk or taxi to a decent swimming pretty beach. So just a warning ! Also the main room was closest to the main road so at night traffic noise. We left early and lost a lot of money, as had to rebook elsewhere! Maybe we should have researched it more before booking.

Bonjour, C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons au même endroit. Tout d'abord, le personnel est très sympathique ce qui sauve un peu ce qui va suivre. Très agréable d'avoir la clim à l'arrivée. Bravo ! Le penthouse A8 que nous avions pris l'année dernière demande toujours à être rafraîchi. Les tapis ont été changés. On voit qu'il a dû être splendide au début. La vue est toujours aussi magnifique de la terrasse (60 m2 environ). L'espace est très appréciable, grande chambre climatisée avec salle d'eau attenante, WC. Le salon cuisine est d'une bonne surface avec clim. A noter, une deuxième salle d'eau, wc. Au prime abord, pas mal mais pas mal de choses à revoir : - chambre : clim trop faible, heureusement qu'il y a un plafonnier. Chambre à rafraîchir car vieillissante. Fenêtre à réparer, targette cassée. Rideaux à laver. - Salle d'eau côté chambre : à rénover aussi. - Cuisine: assez bien aménagé, four micro-ondes, plaques,grand frigo congélateur. Lave vaisselle, machine express, grille pain etc... Vaisselle et ustensiles cuisines ok. Par contre, poêles, marmites, casseroles inexistants ou dans un état déplorable. Propreté sous évier pas top. Le canapé est toujours à changer ! La table basse bouge pas mal. Un plafonnier + la clim c'est super ! La terrasse toujours splendide. Il manquerait un plafonnier car très chaud en absence de vent. Il existait un panneau en bois ou paravent, sur les jardinières, qui cachait le vis à vis de la suite B5. L'intimité est donc réduite. Cette année, la piscine qui est un peu petite pour l'ensemble des résidents, était limite! Eau verdâtre au bout de 48h. Il a fallu demander à remettre la filtration en fonctionnement qui avait été mise à l'arrêt. Le jardin et l'environnement est super bien entretenu. Voilà. Il faudrait rénover plus sérieusement l'endroit pour qu'il redevienne idyllique.
