Club Med Albion

I was there is Feb 2024 with my family and decided to come again. The positive 1. As usual food was excellent, good variety and we can only thanks all the chef. Staffs in the restaurant are really nice and the waiters will do their best to make your stay a memorable one 🤝 2. Dishan (waiter) and Ajay (reception). Same as in Feb wonderful service from them and I can proudly say that they have kept or even improved their standards and do understand what hospitality management really means 👍🙏 3. Gary (reservation/réception). Took care of our booking and made things easy. I even requested something from house keeping and was surprised to see Gary in person at our room doorstep to hand over what we requested 👏 The areas to improve. 1. Housekeeping employees arguing at 8 am outside our room. May be they were not aware that there were hotel clients still sleeping at that time. I believe that hotels should have some meetings where employees in specific departments can voice out if they encounter challenges in their job. Anyway client or not this needs to be given particular attention. 2. As I said it is my second time and I am Mauritian. We all want to improve and allow me to draw your attention on one particular thing. You can see the G.O spending time or engaging in a conversation during meals (lunch or dinner) or night events and mainly with non-resident. I then realised that the same thing happened when I was with my family in Feb 2024. Reason why I am putting it in my review this time. To be honest I don't need any G.O to have dinner or engage a conversation with me or my family but if this is the hotel normal practices then all clients should be treated the same. I found this disrespectful and hope the new chef de village (I saw "La passation de la clef" during my stay) will have a close look at this. The word village in itself in the Mauritian context means a lot (friendship, togetherness, joyful etc)🫂. I am myself residing in a village. This will not of course stop me from coming to Club Med again. I will definitely come in the future and hope to see some improvements.

Hi Mrs Fantastic and Great Review of our Day Package @ Club Med La Plantation D’Albion Coming back on our 2nd time there we have come back at the hotel on dated 10.09.24.We have a very nice, great, fantastic, memorable moments on our day package. We have a good customer service, good atmosphere, very nice, helpful staff in reception, restaurants (breakfast, lunch and Bar pool,Flower Spa with the nice view. We have done till 17h00 pm.

Just had the most amazing time at Club Med Albion! The entire staff was incredible, but a special shoutout to Sahil and Tanya for going above and beyond. Sahil’s cocktails were perfection, and Tanya’s warmth made our stay unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back! 🌴🍹✨

It's was very well organizes and the club for kids was very fun. The people that supervised the clubs were very nice and very fun especially Matthew a supervisir for the 11 year old to 17 year olds. The rooms were comfortable and they were spacious. The whole hotel was luxurious and they was many things to do like soccer, a pool, q golf course, tennis courts, ping pong tables, a whole aquatic center with paddles, kayaks, and pedalos.

Wonderful Club Med wonderful people.Michele was the best General Manager always engaged with his guests. Special mention to some key staff Gary (reception) Karly (circus team) and Oleley ( reception) We have been to a number of Club Med’s now but we enjoyed this the most. We will bring the family next year.

My stay at Club Med La Plantation d'Albion was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional staff who made every moment special. Thibault and Man at the boat house were always ready to help with a smile, ensuring our time on the water was both safe and fun. Alexia, Estelle, and Shanen at the boutique provided wonderful service, making shopping a pleasure with their friendly and attentive assistance. Didier and Rachel at the excursion office were incredibly knowledgeable and helped us plan some amazing outings, ensuring we experienced the best of what the area has to offer. Sergio's energy on the dance floor was infectious, always cheering us up and making sure everyone was having a great time. Aki and Carli at the trapeze were patient and encouraging, helping us conquer our fears and enjoy the thrill of flying through the air. Sahil at the bar crafted delicious drinks with a friendly chat, making the evenings even more enjoyable. Finally, Marwa and Elodie at the reception were welcoming and efficient, always ready to assist with any request, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. This incredible team truly made our vacation one to remember, and I can’t thank them enough for their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Club Med La Plantation d'Albion is a paradise not just because of its stunning location, but because of the people who work there.

Wonderful family holiday in a really safe environment - children absolutely loved it and I was able to relax （and go diving!) whilst the children had an action packed stay ! The friendliness and dedication of the staff was simply outstanding- we could not have had better service. Food excellent, plentiful and varied- lots of healthy and naughty options! Met lots of people , set up very well suited to making new friendships.

We had a really pleasant and enjoyable 3 week holiday here in July 2024. Kids loved it and Mel and I switched off and chilled out completely. The teams we came into contact with were excellent. These were front of house, room service, buggies, kids club, catering, scuba diving.

I booked for 10 days in this magnificent village with my girlfriend. Everything was perfect in every single details. The kind staff and the reserved beach of the club makes the difference. Excursions are a must and must be done to best enjoy the magnificent place that is Mauritius. Super recommended.
