Very disappointing experience. What we expected from the pictures online is not what we got when getting there. - Pool is wide but they need to clean it more frequently. There were dead insects floating in the pool. Even the lounge chairs by the pool were dirty. - There is a games room for dart and snooker. Although we enjoyed playing these games, that room was very neglected. There were dead wasps on the floor and the floor was really dusty. Even the curtains looked like they have never been washed. - Tennis court - Bear in mind that you have to bring your own rackets and balls to be able to play at the tennis court. Tennis court also looks like it hasn’t been maintained at all. - Room - Although the room was quite spacious with your own veranda, the floor was also very dusty, we couldn’t even walk bare feet in the room because that’s how dusty it was. -Bathroom - The bathroom still had a piece of soap from the previous guests. Toilet paper was not replaced and we had to replace it ourselves with the toilet paper from the stall. This shows that the rooms are not cleaned regularly. Overall, it seems like hygiene/cleanliness is being neglected. It’s a shame since this is a beautiful guest house (not sure why it’s categorised as a 4* hotel though) and looks really cosy but cleanliness is a big ZERO. Everything is covered in dust, broken items haven’t been replaced.

Nous avons pris ce gîte pour 3 nuits avec notre petite-fille de 2 ans. Les points négatifs sont: On avez demandé un lit parapluie une fois sur place mais on a jamais eu un retour par rapport à ça. Petit-déjeuner vraiment de faible qualité. Pas frais. Le jus est limite fermenté. A revoir absolument. En plus il ne respecte pas l'heure pour servir le petit déjeuner. Ils sont souvent en retard par rapport à l'heure qu'ils ont annoncé à l'arrivée. On a du coup failli rater notre excursion à cause de ça. Les prestations proposées aussi par le gîte est plus cher que ce qu'on peut trouver ailleurs dans l'île. Le gîte demande un rafraîchissement car un peu vieillot et mal entretenu. Les points positifs sont: Presence de la piscine et pas grand-chose à dire finalement. Voici quelques retours de notre côté. J'espère aider.
