First day, in our arrival Manager introduced us with rules and policies such as we have just one bottled water in a glass jar left in the room for both uses to clean our teeth and for drink. If we should need more he suggested to go out of the hotel and buy our own. First point of poor service such as guests. The very heavy rain ☔️ didn’t allow to go anywhere, Manager should alternatively offer his help for that. From day one, Manager looked very unhelpful and almost was trying to controversy our points about the following: 1 : poor internet connection and with no internet at all in the rooms. 2 : First visit in a room where it was a leak outside and explained that they are waiting for the constructors to come and fix it. By saying this, he showed disappointment to change us the room, and we were waiting around half an hour to make a decision. Last but not least, we expected a view in the ocean that we upgraded from the initial room, instead we had a little view of it behind a forest of trees!! 3 : The second room was ok with still no access to Wi-Fi and major broken wall next to the restroom. 4 : Breakfast with no variety of choices and almost everything was finished. They made us sign a paper at the end of how much quantity of food we had. At all these times, Manager showed a behaviour of arrogance and laziness to do anything. He only apologised for the perpetually waiting for not having internet and almost he accused us that we want to disgrace the hotel. For a Boutique hotel, company should be more careful to select the staff. Finally, we decided to leave the hotel in our second night made us very disappointed with loss of energy dealing with him. And of course, never coming back again!!!!
