Проживали в отеле в июле 2024г., всё очень понравилось. Отзывчивый персонал, заселение и выезд из отеля не заняли много времени. На завтраках порадовало обилие фруктов, на ужин очень много сладостей. Меню завтрака и ужина разнообразное. Два пляжа, бассейн, ухоженная зеленая территория. Прекрасный, спокойный отдых! Номера действительно уставшие, но это не являлось проблемой. Нам всё очень понравилось!

Отличное расположение, суперские виды из отеля, по близости есть отличное место для серфинга, в самом отеле очень приятная и ухоженная территория, хороший чистый бассейн! Отличный завтрак и ужин! Всё понравилось, кроме кроватей в номерах! Матрацы надо менять! Детокс кроватки не очень комфортны!

Замечательное местоположение и прекрасный океан,но осторожность не помешает,при купании!

Номера достаточно изношенны, не удобный матрас, территория ухоженная, персонал улыбчивый

I went with my family and two other families. We booked the Seaview Quadraple room. We were late to check-in. The location is amazing and unique as you can see both the Sunrise and Sunset on the beach. We missed the sunset but had the opportunity see the beautiful sunrise. Be early and don't miss the sunset if you are staying only for one night. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The quadruple room with the upstairs were excellent and was ideal for us who had two grown up kids. Rooms were clean and the property overall was well maintained. Food was tasty but the buffet spread could have a bit more variety. Kids had plenty of activity on beach and pool. The beach is excellent with the rock barrier. The view from the restaurant is super with the rocks and waves with mini rock pools of water with a variety of fish. Value for money was excellent. Overall our stay was excellent and we would come again and recommend to any of our friends.

Surrounded by the southern sea breeze gives the perfect location. Warm welcome from the staff and our room has a nice beach view, it’s like an apartment type, not a typical hotel room. Pool is fantastic which is next to beach. Near to pool have indoor play area and the main restaurent. Foods were exceptionally good. We experienced some new tastes. You can have a nice view at the top of the restaurent floor. The special thing about this property is surrounded by the ocean.

Really nice location, starting from the front office very good customer service provided. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was great too.. Mainly need to mention F&B manager Mr Tharanga Atauda is a very professional individual, he has been very helpful for us and well looked ofter our needs. Thank you Sir. Overall we are really had a quality time at this venue and looking forward to seeing you all soon. Thanks Don weerasekara

Gorgeous property with breathtaking to view,Their welcome was amazing it made our day,and the view from the Room was soul satisfied,The food was amazing and with gorgeous view,clean pool amazing 2 side beach made this property extra ordinary,we truly loved each and ever moment spending here

Loved every bit of our stay here! The staff and especially the manager Ayubowan were exceptional with their hospitality and service. It was my birthday and they went above and beyond to make it extra special for me. The location of the property is out of the world, one of our best throughout the trip. The food was amazing too. Worth every penny spent. I highly recommend staying here and I hope I get to visit again soon! Thank you!! ❤️

My experience at Dickwella Resort and Spa was extremely disappointing. The rooms were poorly maintained with unclean surfaces and a dirty water closet. Mirrors had a strange red outline, giving a disturbing vibe. The treatment we received was subpar; the restaurant manager, Tharanga, was outright rude, possibly because we booked through Agoda. They even gave us a band that seemed to mark us as Agoda guests, although no one else wore theirs. The low rate we paid should not justify such poor treatment and accommodations. Tharanga's unprofessional behavior was evident when he came with us talking to someone on his phone and somehow it was aimed at us he faked the phone call so he know we hears it saying I don't want to give you glasses like its his property. It felt like he brought them from home rather than serving guests in a professional manner. Even if the hotel offered us a month of free all-inclusive stay, I wouldn't return. I've stayed at hotels with lower rates that provided significantly better service. It was unsettling to see the restaurant manager and staff casually eating at the buffet table alongside guests, which felt unprofessional. If the hotel dislikes guests who book through Agoda, they should consider removing themselves from that platform altogether. This was undeniably my worst hotel experience

Washroom in the family duplex room was in a very pathetic situation. It was old and broken; Doors and other wood were broken. Sink was old and sink area was untidy. Floor of the washroom was also had cracks and broken. We couldn't use this and we were using other standard room washroom which was in a better state comparatively. But in that room we couldn't close the washroom doors (It was not lockable). Water was not clearing from the drainage system in the washroom and water was staying in the washroom. Dustbin in the washroom was very old and it was not opening and it was disgusting to touch it. A/C in the family duplex room was leaking from the time we entered the room. When we informed it was repaired once, and it started leaking water again in the night. It made a pool of water in the room around the bed. Floor of the room was wet and it was always slippery. Seems water was coming through sand through the floor. Steps to the upper floor was broken and it was risky to go up. Hence we couldn't use the upper floor of the room. We had to pay additional amount for the family duplex room each night but we couldn't use the upper floor and even the washroom of the room. When we requested for room change on 2nd day morning even with downgrade we were refused saying hotel is full and no rooms to change. But on the 2nd day night (9 pm) when we told we will make complain we were offered another room. General concerns: When we requested for baby feeding chair we were told only one chair is available for the entire hotel/ restaurant. Hence 2 kids had to sit in mothers lap and eat. But on the 2nd day we saw 2 chairs.

We were delighted with the variety and quality of the food served at the resort; each meal was a culinary treat, featuring fresh, delicious ingredients and expertly prepared dishes. Although the rooms are older, they are very well-maintained, combining a sense of historical charm with modern comfort. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job of keeping everything clean and in good condition, ensuring a pleasant stay. The decor might reflect an older style, but it adds a unique character to the experience. The resort's amenities are equally impressive. The swimming pool is spacious and well-kept, providing a refreshing escape from the heat. The pool area is beautifully landscaped, with plenty of loungers and shaded spots to relax. The spa is another highlight, offering a range of treatments and massages that left us feeling rejuvenated and pampered. In addition to these features, the staff at the resort were exceptionally friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, contributing to an overall excellent experience. Whether you are looking for a relaxing beach holiday, a culinary adventure, or a chance to unwind with spa treatments, this resort is a fantastic choice. We highly recommend it for anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable vacation.

Wonderful location,Friendy staff,Spaces Room,well clean & tidy Room,Food was good ,enough drinking complementary water,sufficient tea coffee aminite acceptable bathroom aminities,well maintenace room,the breakfast buffet was international buffet,dinner spread was excellent,the restaurant staff & chefs were polite & they were always can do attitude.the resturant lower deck as a beautiful sea wiew that I don't think any other hotel will have sea view like this.
