Room itself was clean and cozy, felt like home, just that the toilet smelled bad due to poor irrigation system. Feedback was given to the staff. Apartment staff was very friendly and helpful, gave us a gift upon check in and a token of appreciation via WeChat upon check out. Can stow luggage in their office before the check in time and travel freely. The view was beautiful in both day and night. Location wise is very convenient!! There's malls nearby and most bustling food street (night market) is just around the corner.

Strategically located within walking distance to 2 shopping malls. There is a playground nearby. I guess they randomly assigned the rooms.

This is my second time coming here. Obviously i came back because my last stay here was awesome. This time too the stay was pleasant . There was no hassle in check-in Or check-out. It was very quick and seamless. But the room i got this time wasn't up to par. The shower drain was bad. There were roaches in the room when we came back at night from outside . But overall it was pleasant stay you can plan to stay. I have uploaded some nearby places I visited.

I love location, hotel, everything super clean, the best location in Shantou, near to super shopping mall , luxury, I love this place, I will definitely come back in some days again.

The facilities is very good. The room are very clean. They top up the amneties everyday. Its also very spacious. Enough for 4 people. Amazing stay. I wish there was a microwave tho to heat up some food. Other than that its all very good.

Location is near everywhere yet not near everywhere. It's in the middle of everywhere and is considered excellent location if you have access to DIDI transport. As a foreigner, such location would be a huge challenge if only relying on roadside hailing of taxi. The hotel main entrance is in the middle of both "dropoff" points so either side, still have to walk a little. Not a big issue, unless it's summer which is exactly the season of this trip. even a 1min walk in 35degree is uncomfortable. Housekeeping is done daily, place is kept very clean, service is amazing, upon check-in, add the front office guy on your wechat and if you need anything or any information, it's just a text away. They don't provide proper towels tho, instead they give 4 one time use towel Room itself is very nice and interesting, it's a loft unit with high ceiling (I think it should be 6m height), so it's divided with a loft to form 2 "rooms". Decor nicely done with curtains for privacy for both rooms. Ample lighting, washing machines inside the unit itself, but dryer is only available at the office which means you have to lug your newly washed clothes down the elevator, hop on the opposite low rise lift and head over to the office to access the dryer Would I stay here again? I'll explore other hotels that is within walking distance to good food, but cleanliness is still my top priority and this hotel ticked that box

my room faces the big open carpark, really noisy at night. windows are not sound proof. shantou people are night owls.. people talked loudly and car honking is habitual even at 2-3am.

A Valuable Hotel Apartment at the Downtown Shantou The hotel located on the uppler floor of Chicony mall, it is very strategic. The room was spacious and high ceiling so the air condition was good. The amanities are complete. The facilities also complete like semi furnished apartment. The staff also helpful and friendly. Upgrade room to sea view was very wonderful view. Every wake up in the morning We can see sunshine, sea and downtown traffic. AC and water heater were working well. Projector TV can be a movie entertainment in the evening. The digital door lock make it safer. One thing that can be improved is the bed hardness. Softer bed layer may be better for better quality sleep. But overall this is the most valuable hotel apartment in Shantou. Next time will spend the night in this hotel. No doubt.

The location is great and there is very big shopping center nearby. It is about 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

This hotel/service apartment is very nice and located at almost convenience location. It’s a loft setting and got ample of space for my family of three to live in for our 7 days trip there! There are local eateries shops around the streets, a few metres walk over to Vientiane City Shopping Centre, Suning Plaza as well as bus stops to go around Swatou! Most convenient thing is that there is a supermarket (in fact, a few convenient stores around) to buy stuffs like snacks, instant noodles and washing shampoo! Service staff is very friendly and offer value-added services such as soy bean drink FOC and a few hours luggage deposit on last day while we wait for our train! Cleanliness is good as well as chambermaid cleans the apartment!
