Cực kỳ sạch sẽ và ngăn nắp Quầy lễ tân rất lịch sự và nói tiếng Anh tốt. Nói chung mọi việc diễn ra rất suôn sẻ. Phòng tương đối rộng rãi so với các khách sạn khác ở Nhật Bản. Đó là một trải nghiệm rất tốt.

Thiết kế và dịch vụ rất tinh tế và đó là một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời. Các suối nước nóng kiềm cũng rất mềm và rất đẹp.

Lúc đầu tôi không mong đợi nó là một khách sạn kinh doanh bình thường, nhưng Tôi đã bị phản bội một cách tốt đẹp. Trước hết, nội thất của khách sạn rất phong cách và mát mẻ. Hành lang cũng có bầu không khí đẹp với ánh sáng tối thiểu. Phòng thay đồ trong bồn tắm nhỏ gọn, nguồn suối nước nóng có thành phần hơi trơn nên tắm xong sẽ có cảm giác ấm áp. Không biết tầng 2 có ghế do công ty địa phương sản xuất không? Nó được đặt ở khu vực nghỉ ngơi để bạn có thể thư giãn khi đọc truyện tranh. Bữa sáng rất ngon. Các món ăn kèm cũng có cảm giác được làm thủ công và có chất lượng cao. Cơm và súp miso cũng ngon! Cá nhân tôi thấy sinh tố rất ngon. Tôi đi công tác khoảng 80 đêm một năm và khách sạn này đã mang lại cho tôi sức sống. Tôi giới thiệu nó cho tất cả mọi người.

Un établissement récent, à la décoration soignée, dans le style japonais contemporain. Les chambres sont sobres et bien aménagées, avec un décor zen à base de bois, ce qui apporte beaucoup de charme et de repos. Les équipements pour la détente, autour des bains chauds (Onsens) et du sauna, sont très agréables et facilement accessibles. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bon, a 4 minutes à pied de la gare. Le personnel est sympathique, mais peu attentif au client, et manque clairement de formation, d'encadrement et de professionnalisme. Un effort doit être engagé à ce niveau. Enfin, l'heure imposée pour le check out est ....8h00, ce qui est simplement ahurissant, et cela mérite évidemment d'être rapidement modifié !

部屋はキレイで、朝食も美味しかったです。 駐車場の料金の案内や、入り口には宿泊者は無料と書いてあったが、定額の料金が必要な事など、記載した方がいいかと思いました。案内など、わかりにくかったです。

As soon as I was ushered into the lobby of my apartment, 702, I knew I was going to love it. The combined bedroom/living area had a wooden sliding door and fixed window framing the ceiling-to-floor view of the balcony and sky. On the balcony were 10 sweet young olive trees in planter boxes, so lovely! Interesting views all around of the city and mountains, and a great place to sit in the evening after a day's sightseeing. The light inside was excellent, as was the lighting, and the spaces were well-designed, with lots of room to move and featuring attractive wood. The large bed was very comfortable, with a choice of pillows. There was a small safe, a mini fridge, and ample power sockets. The little table was a tad low for laptop work, but the bench where the tv was standing could be used instead. There was a deep bath and nice Provinscia toiletries. I didn't try the hotel's onsen. Shoes were removed in the lobby, where luggage could be stored and coats hung up, prior to stepping up into the living area. A yukata was provided. There was no disturbing noise from other rooms or in general; the apartment was secure, quiet and private. Housekeeping was every 3 days, other than collection of rubbish and replacement of towels, etc if needed. (It was a pity the slippers I'd been using were removed and replaced on the last of my 3 days there.) Complimentary bottles of water every day, and nice green tea. (I liked the unusual shape of the jug!) Breakfast choices were good and the food was tasty. I also enjoyed two take-out meals from the restaurant in the evenings. All the staff were helpful and friendly, and would go out of their way to look after guests. Many thanks to the young man on Reception who spoke good English and assisted me in various useful ways (I'm sorry, I've forgotten his name, I should've written it down)! The hotel sells its own drip coffee bags - they were great so I bought some to take with me, as they were better quality than I'd had elsewhere. (A small number of items are for sale in the Reception area.) The hotel is in a great location about 5 minutes walk from the station, with supermarkets, buses and the river close by. The main sights are 10-30 minutes walk away. I recommend Grand Toit, Ikou-ji, Manpuku-ji and Takatsu Kakinomoto Shrine for starters. The young man told me that not many international travellers visit the city - you're missing out! Masuda is also a great base for day trips - I went to Tsuwano and Hagi. I hope to return to the Mascos in future!

島根県益田市の「新感覚クラフトホテル」と謳われているMASCOSホテルに宿泊しました。 ロビーやレストランなどの共用部は木と白い壁で作られていて、建物や設備が新しく、おしゃれな感じのホテルでした。室内も清潔で快適でした。 2階の大浴場にて益田温泉に浸かれることも嬉しかったです。 朝食もなかなか充実していて、サバの味噌煮、ハッシュドポーク、チキンレモンクリーム煮などは普通に美味しかったです。 条件的には、ドーミーインをおしゃれにして、レストランバーをつけた感じでしょうか。ただしドーミーインなら無料で提供される夜鳴きそばなどが、残念ながら提供されなかったです。。 週末料金で2名1泊15K円ほどでした。コスパ高いと思います。 島根県益田市でリーズナブルホテルお探しの方にはオプションのホテルだと思います。 お世話になりました。

夫婦で観光で山陰地方を周る際に宿泊しました。 大変綺麗で洒落たホテルです。 夕食は、1Fのレストランで食べました（未予約）。大変美味しく、価格もリーズナブルで良かったです。 お風呂もプールの様に大きく、シャンプー類の品質も良かったです（妻の声） また、宿泊したいです。
