Acapulco Ocean View

We are a family of 6, arrived last Thursday late in the evening . Reception was closed so called a number to get our keys from a Key safe, and found our way to our apar**ents. There was nothing around us for food or water , but there was a bottle of wine with 2 glasses. We ordered burger king which came from playa del ingles. We paid for double room with sea view and terrace, with direct access to the walk above the beach and stairs to the beach. However this was not the case. We were woken at 7am the next morning by machinery and workmen. We looked outsie and saw building materials all along what should have been our access to the walk. So the doors were locked . We asked to move rooms, and we were moved to the apar**ents above. A little better but the apar**ent had no oven or no ceiling fans. These apar**ents have no air conditioning and get extremley warm. The weekend was quiet and we forgot about the work. The pool is lovely. The restaurant is lovely. The staff are lovely. Monday came around and the machinery woke us again at 7am, and there is no escaping it. 7 day holiday, 5 days of this . The work is not on the hotel, but on the beach front. And it is for safety. Reception is not 24 hours and there are no vending machine but there is a shop a small walk away . There is a taxi rank at the end of the road. And a bus stop is a few minutes further to take you to all of the other areas . This location is not suitable for those with mobility issues. We booked through love holidays. I am. Itnsure if we booked direct with thte hotel would we have been notified about the works, but love holidays did not inform us. I would return for a quiet break when the works are finished as it is a lovely place to stay. I cant upload any phtotos as it says incorrect file format.

Everything was really clean in the apar**ent. Adequate cooking equipment and facilities for a weeks stay. The decor could be updated but that's no issue. The pool was great. Clean, quiet and spacious. Never had to fight for a sunbed! Access to the beach is easy. The local beach is secluded and quiet, away from the crowds. Receptionists were super easy going and helpful. They called us taxis, let us add an extra bed, kept our bags safe. Overall a great stay.

Los apartamentos están viejos, les falta una buena mano de pintura y tienen humedades en las paredes. El nuestro que tenía jardín, el césped muy abandonado. Los muebles viejos y pobres, hasta las sábanas y las almohadas de mala calidad.La reja que deba al jardin o****** y alguna baldosa rota. Había hormigas en la cocina y por el suelo del jardin. Los utensilios de cocina lo justo. El calor es horroso dentro del apartamento, no tienen aire acondicionado. Un mini mini ventilador viejo y sucio en la mesilla de noche. Una de las noches en vela por el calor y eso que nos trajimos nuestro pingüino Lo venden como ubicación privilegiada y para nada. No hay servicios cerca. Un supermercado lo único disponible a pie ya que si coges coche el parking horroroso. No hay donde aparcar y ofrecen pocas plazas para muchos apartamentos. Además las cobran a 9€ el dia. La piscina no estaba sucia pero no se veia agua cristalina. Problemas de hamacas. Muy pocas para toda la gente que hay. El servicio de limpieza vino 1 vez en toda la estancia (4 dias) y nos preguntaron si queríamos que nos limpiases. Alucinante. Nos dio vergüenza y les pedimos que nos limpiaran baño y cambiaron las toallas. El acceso a la playa de pena porque están en obras y hay que rodear todo el complejo para llegar a la playa . Si hay marea llena no hay playa de arena solo rocas. Son petfriendly, ideal, pero cobrqn suplemento por la estancia de las mascotas y no pfrecen nada extra a cambio. 7€ el dia.

L endroit un peu éloigné de la civilisation et de tout commodité À chaque jours des grosses coquerelles sur le plancher de tout les pièces des mortes et des vivantes Très déçu si se n était pas de ces insectes l appartement serait très bien Mais la douche vraiment très petites Je ni retournerais pas
