I booked the room with a bath tab however there wasn't. I spoke with the reception and I was told that it was a mistake on the trp.com side because this room has no bath tub. However they generously changed the better room with a bath tub. Very appreciated. I was disappointed about the sauna, it was out of order. The service wasn't great for breakfast at the restaurant. One waiting staff wasn't friendly, no greeting and no smile. Overall I and kids enjoyed staying there.

The deluxe suite was so lovely, only downside is i was very ill when i arrived and struggling to carry my bags so would have been nice if a member of staff offered to help me carry them to the room on the 6th floor. Otherwise really enjoyed my stay, very comfy bed.

Dirty as fk . The first night we stay , they gave us a no hot water room . The staff told us to wait a moment will send someone to help . We have been waiting for 3 hrs around 2:00am n they just answered me sorry we cant fix n we cant do anything at this moment. Wt a bad service. Next day they send me to another room , another dirty n smelly room. Finally we have to return another 3night .

I specifically booked this hotel for its indoor pool. Clean. Did my two laps and rested. The sunlit areas quite warm. As for the room, I was surprised to see I’d actually booked a spacious if not luxuriously appointed service apartment. The Electrolux washer and dryer units a welcome touch for long haul travelers and those traveling with family. The en suite bathroom is perfect for seniors with its fold out bench seat in the shower. The hotel restaurant’s buffet breakfast is diverse and tasty with a chef on call should one desire specialty items. Staff were excellent. Attentive but not annoyingly over intrusive. The steak was delicious. My only complaints were I couldn’t do a late afternoon checkout as the hotel was apparently booked to capacity. A short walk down the street puts one on a typical Mascot city food street with a plethora of working class restaurants. The walk to and from the hotel is perfect for light exercise and digestion. For an additional aud10 fee one can book the hourly airport shuttle which delivers one to either domestic or international terminals. Excellent hotel for business travelers and families with small children. Very quiet neighborhood and seemingly safe locale. This is my new “go to” airport hotel.

I have stayed here many times Clean tidy and comfortable Sign n is easy. Shuttle is a third party but easy enough to arrange. Very accomodating during stressful situations

There were a lot of people checking in at the time of arrival. The waiters were offered a cool drink! There was also a shuttle service to the airport, very convenient. The swimming pool and fitness facilities were really very good! The room was very spacious and sound proof. The bar on the 7th floor was good as well wit nice music and good service.

Except that there was no possible public transportation going in front of the hotel, everything was perfect! It was the best hotel that you can cook inside and sleep in best quality.

Hotel was good, convenient. Only complaint I have is they charged $4 x 2 because we didn’t put the room service tray outside overnight, yet no one said anything prior. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that has done that.

They come to clean everyday. So make 'Do not disturb' and call to my room to ask cleaning evening. Bothering with cleaning.

It’s good in overall with the reasonable prices and I will definitely comeback with my family.

Very nice spacious room with lots of amenities. Clean room. would have been better if there was free parking included.

Brillantly appointed rooms and as clean as my own home. The hotel is a real credit to management and staff.
