Mình đặt loại suite có view biển cực đẹp để đi du lịch cùng bố mẹ, có 2 ban công, một nhìn biển từ phía trước và một nhìn từ bên hông. Hai phòng ngủ đều có phòng tắm rất thuận tiện, sân vườn của khách sạn có đường hầm dẫn thẳng ra Hành lang Dừa Giấc Mơ và bãi biển, hồ bơi cũng rất sạch sẽ. Cơ sở vật chất bên trong phòng hơi cũ nhưng được bảo trì tốt, mọi vấn đề nhỏ phát sinh trong thời gian lưu trú đều được giải quyết nhanh chóng. Quản gia phục vụ chu đáo, trước ngày nhận phòng đã liên hệ với chúng tôi để hỏi thăm nhu cầu của mình và chủ động giúp trì hoãn việc trả phòng. Nhìn chung tôi rất hài lòng, tôi sẽ chọn khách sạn này lần nữa khi đến Vịnh Tam Á để nghỉ tại khách sạn.

The hotel is stunning absolutely beautiful for anyone really~ a lot of families with little kids, the property is huge and the grass is amazing with the palm trees and the end of the place theirs the beach so you have everything really~ plus mc and kfc next door haha

Staying at the Howard Johnson Resort was a lot of fun. The overall service was friendly and helpful but needed a foreign translator on staff. The location was perfect for traveling and staying close to the airport and beach. Several close stores. Several amenities were closed. Only one pool was open and the only western restaurant was closed. I would consider staying again in the future if more was open.

Very good hotel for very good price , wish them more growing and more better investment

The location is awesome, short walk to the beach. Despite of half swimming pools being closed - the rest is well maintained and children loved it. Room could be cleaned better. And the crib that they offer for 1yo isn’t safe for 1yo. It’s meant for a new born. The breakfast is dreadful. Everything looked stale. Same options everyday for 5 days that we stayed. Coffee flavor - disgusting.

Too many guests, kids pool has very cold water so kids can't play there. Hot spring was warm but overcrowded

Went there for a big event. Ok to host thousands of people but experience average. Food and amenities are very average. Some part of the pool were closed.

Howard Johnson location is great, the environment is good but the hotel is old and need to be renovated. We enjoyed the inner surrounding of the hotel in the afternoons when there were less people around. Breakfast was not that great compared to the other hotels during our stay at Sanya. Also only one pool was opened and the kids pool was open during in the late morning and afternoon. The hotel is also not far from Sanya Bay, it takes around 5mins to get there.

Hotel’s location is great - the first line at the best beach in Hainan: Sanya bay. It takes just 3 minutes to cross the underground tunnel and you find yourself right at the beach. The breakfast buffet is delicious and plentiful. Staff is helpful. Cleaning is done every day. Unfortunately, despite hotel’s gigantic territory, only 5th part of it can be really used. Although it looks like hotel has 4 swimming pools and ponds, in reality only central one is working. Hot springs are located right next to the majority of hotel rooms, so 14:30-22:00 it’s impossible to relax in the room because big families are all enjoying hot springs, producing plenty of noise. There is no bar at the pool. No lunch and dinner buffet at the hotel. Although my stay here was okay, I’m not planning to visit this hotel again.

The good: We had the sea view room and it was beautiful. I think it’s good value for your money. What was disappointing was only the middle pool was open. The other two big pools were not. Breakfast was ok. Best to go before 8:30 as it can get very crowded. There were huts by the beach but we were constantly harassed by vendors even when we already said no once, they kept looping around to ask again and again. Some of them even sat on the lounge even when we were already laying on it. 😅 Tip: their cocktails weren’t great. Just stick to buying beers.
