Arrived at the hotel. Looked lovely and clean in reception area. Parking fee was reasonable for 24 hours at £15. Room wasn’t massive but had every thing I needed for one night. Bed was super comfy. Pillows could have been better. A little bit lumpy for my liking. Bar area was clean and bright. Also had a nice garden area for sitting outside. Only thing I wasn’t keen on was the only way to contact reception was via WhatsApp and when I did - no response so had to go to reception. Problem was solved very quickly but would have preferred not to have had to go downstairs myself. They have no phones in the rooms any more. Would stay here again.

It is very convenient for take early airflight in the morning

Good experience~ Fast check in and self check out, is very convinced and save my time. The hotel is near the NEC, but I found the wrong way😂 But the overall is good, the buffet has many selections and the room is quite. Also I love the bed, is comfortable and I sleep well. Additionally, remember take your toothbrush, toothpaste, and slipper, which are not offerd and hard to buy (shopping centre is far away).

The stay was great but I did ask for a quiet room and found myself put next to the lift and plant room meaning it was possibly the noisiest room of all.

It's a chain hotel close to a busy airport, so: A/ You should expect a noisy night from aircraft and a busy road outside or B/ Ibis should have spent a bit more on noise insulation. Whichever your view, it was a night disturbed by noise from outside. My view was A, up until 1am and I veered towards B thereafter. That said, it was immaculately clean and the staff I encountered were polite, helpful and cheerful. It is, as I say, close to the airport and I booked it with the idea that I could walk from Birmingham International railway station to the Ibis. And I could walk from Ibis to the departure gate. In theory, yes I could have done that, but given the types of roads I would have had to walk along, I would have been in mortal peril if I had tried. A £6 Bolt fare each way should be added on to the cost of your stay as the nearest bus stop is almost as far away from the hotel as the airport itself and requires a similar walk along dangerous roads for pedestrians. To be fair, all of this was fine. I would have liked to know beforehand, though. Of all the budget chains I think Ibis is, generally, my favourite.

Close enough to the NEC to drive in 5 min. Friendly staff.

Me ha gustado mucho al lado del aeropuerto , 5 minutos limpio y al lado del nec muy bien

酒店位置距離展館不遠，周圍沒什麼配套。房間空間也挺大，但是不夠衞生，拉動被子可以明顯看到亂飛的白色塵削。而且由於樓層很低，從電梯口走到房間要在走廊裏走非常遠。

去NEC非常方便 如果是為了去NEC的話這個酒店還是很適合的。 出門右轉，沿着小路直走之後 ，注意看到車站的天橋 sky walk ，注意看標識，左手邊有一個電梯，衹上車站的skywalk ，就不用繞外面的路了走到車站再進去了。。節約路程，這個是我再外面繞了一圈之後發現了這個小小的標誌後原來還有一個捷徑 希望可以幫助到大家 酒店裡的東西比較基礎 但是實在是方便。
