The hotel is very good — new, modern, everything is clean and well-maintained. The room has everything you need, and you can also cook if you want. Great view and overall conditions, it’s a pleasant place to stay. The neighborhood is also very clean and nice, and it's close to all the main attractions — you can walk everywhere. I had an excellent experience here. I absolutely loved my room was spacious with a beautiful view. The bed was very comfortable which was great as I have a bad back. The staff were were fantastic ! They suggested many places for me to visit and made me feel comfortable. The night staff especially Omar true gentleman! Extremely helpful. The swimming pool and hammam were top tier. Must go. The decor and the lobby area felt just like home, beautifully decorated. The tram and food shops are 2/3mins walk. So convenient. I love everything about my stay here except the last morning as I was woken up by some builders which is minor when you have an amazing place to stay.

We had a good overall experience at this aparthotel. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and a special mention goes to Tata at the reception, who was particularly welcoming and accommodating. One downside was the spa area, which was quite crowded during our visit and didn’t offer the relaxing atmosphere we had hoped for. We were also surprised to learn that we had to take out our own rubbish to bins on the street, which felt a bit unusual for a hotel stay. Despite these small inconveniences, we enjoyed our time and appreciated the great service and cleanliness. Would consider staying again.

Wonderful hotel! The staff were so lovely and helpful. The amenities were good! I loved the lounge room, perfect for hanging out and chilling. However, the check-in is 4pm. That’s absurd. It really makes a difference and you still have to check out before 11am. I also want to say the taxi service they employ is the worst. The taxi driver arrived late for my pickup, overcharged me and was so rude. Choose a different taxi company! Not your fault though 🙏

The hotel isn’t in the city center however there is a tram right into it. Took 15 min to go there. The view was ok, as you can look over the city.

I really like the decoration style of the hotel, it has a feeling of Greek style. But the hotel does not provide slippers and toothbrushes, which has caused us inconvenience. In addition, the hygiene of the hotel needs to be improved. After staying at the hotel for two nights, we all experienced varying degrees of itching on our bodies.

Very disappointing stay: The hotel sits next to an overpass. My room was in 4/F and the overpass was just at the window. There was no view and the window did not offer an ideal soundproof protection. I got awaken by the cars driving by each morning during my stay. Also, towels are not changed for two night stay, and when I requested them to be changed, I was told that towels are only available at reception and I need to go down to collect myself. When I called the reception, I could not understand what was said due to accent and I asked for clarification - the receptionist just hung up without any explanation. I did not feel I was being treated with respect or care when I stayed at this hotel. I would never book this hotel if I had a second chance.

Very nice hotel not too far from the port, just a short tram/bus journey. Nice staff who were welcoming and a very stylishly designed room. Only downside is the ridiculous security deposit (but i assume this does keep bad characters out).

did not refund me my deposit. for some reason they didn't refunded my deposit. speaking to them " they had an error on there system" and they said its there fault, trying to sort this out I kept calling to speak to the manger as the manger is the only one who can sort it out. after calling and calling the manger finally called me back to say he will send the money to a different card as they couldn't sent it back to the same card ( amex ). the manger called me at a time when I couldn't talk or had time to be given card numbers, so I asked him to call me back in a few hours, never heard from him again and never got my refund.

One of the best hotels I’ve been to. The staff are very kind and considerate. The entire hotel was super clean and well decorated too.

Everything positive, very happy with the top services especially front desk Rania and Nora respective and polite, nice sea view, quite and comfortable, breakfast delicious croissant with tasty coffee, definitely will come back, Love to thank all staff and managements for keeping it up. Mercy beacoup.
