I really like the decoration style of the hotel, it has a feeling of Greek style. But the hotel does not provide slippers and toothbrushes, which has caused us inconvenience. In addition, the hygiene of the hotel needs to be improved. After staying at the hotel for two nights, we all experienced varying degrees of itching on our bodies.

Very nice hotel not too far from the port, just a short tram/bus journey. Nice staff who were welcoming and a very stylishly designed room. Only downside is the ridiculous security deposit (but i assume this does keep bad characters out).

did not refund me my deposit. for some reason they didn't refunded my deposit. speaking to them " they had an error on there system" and they said its there fault, trying to sort this out I kept calling to speak to the manger as the manger is the only one who can sort it out. after calling and calling the manger finally called me back to say he will send the money to a different card as they couldn't sent it back to the same card ( amex ). the manger called me at a time when I couldn't talk or had time to be given card numbers, so I asked him to call me back in a few hours, never heard from him again and never got my refund.

One of the best hotels I’ve been to. The staff are very kind and considerate. The entire hotel was super clean and well decorated too.

Everything positive, very happy with the top services especially front desk Rania and Nora respective and polite, nice sea view, quite and comfortable, breakfast delicious croissant with tasty coffee, definitely will come back, Love to thank all staff and managements for keeping it up. Mercy beacoup.

Generally satisfied staying there

酒店不在市中心，坐有軌電車需要10站路。酒店比較新，和網上圖片差不多，沒有虛假宣傳。但是附近是真的偏僻，連個超市也沒有。酒店要300歐元按金，衹接受信用卡，不能用現金。

位置，衞生都很不錯、前台也很熱情專業。 唯一有問題的是前台失誤，導致其他客人刷房卡進入了我的房間，而且那時候我還在房間內，非常尷尬

Hotel tout neuf et très propre, chambre très pratique et spacieuse..

Superbe décoration ! Studio spacieux et grand lit et plateau de bienvenue (café , thé...) Piscine, sauna, hammam, salle de fitness. Tram devant l'hôtel. Vue sur mer...ou vue sur autoroute et bâtiments :(

Excellent. Neuf et emplacement au top. Piscine agréable en fin de journée.

2 eme fois dans cette hôtel, impeccable. Très bonne literie , propreté, belle piscine et très bon petit déjeuner.

Séjour correct mais sans plus (2 jours). Le parking en dessous de l'hôtel est à 33 euros la journée contrairement à 20 euros affiché sur le site (car pour 20 euros, vous n'avez que la nuit). Le rapport qualité prix est correct également. Proche des terrasses du port (-10 min à pied).

新裝修的硬件不錯。 缺點1 入住辦理太慢了，前台衹有一個人，辦理一間房入住居然需要10分鐘，我從下午三點排到快五點才搞定； 缺點2 收取的300歐按金20天之後還沒退還，打電話給前台也是沒人接。
