非常不錯的酒店，服務很贊，飯菜也很贊，綠化和沙灘太美了…關鍵環境太美了…就是交通不是太方便！出門需要酒店幫忙叫車…

我是一個人去的因為有潛水行程，酒店很美，服務真的超好，記得我的名字，還記得我喜歡吃的早餐雞蛋的做法，每個人都很友好，我都沒有給小費，房間裏的毛巾也折成了可愛的小動物，我住了三晚都捨不得離開，我可能是當時入住的唯一亞洲面孔，每天的自助餐也很美味。

非常好，強烈推薦。開始我們去的另一家其他平台評分9.5的Gemma，第三天搬來iberotel,從酒店設施到餐飲到服務完全吊打，水果果汁都很新鮮，食物也很豐富，而且中國人能吃的下，有兩家餐廳需要提前一天預約沒吃到，但是主餐廳和bar的東西都還不錯。也在酒店海灘追到了儒艮，一早八點去的沙灘，然後和beach boy説好儒艮過來了叫我們，儒艮一天能來四五六次吃草，我們上午就看到來了三四次了，結束後給了beach boy一點小費。因為不會游泳拿了救生員的游泳圈出去，記得提前去diviing center租面具呼吸管還有腳蹼，再來海邊蹲着，面向沙灘的最右側海邊，就腳能踩到的區域有一片珊瑚礁很美特別適合不會游泳的浮潛

酒店餐廳服務非常好，人員很熱情，飯菜也是我在埃及的這些酒店中覺得最好吃。但前台服務感覺太死板，不夠靈活。當時我抵達酒店已經是下午五點，我定的房間是基礎房，因為是2大2小，所以説這個房型不能入住，要我取消訂單，重新下單家庭房。我問能否直接補差價，升級房型，告知不可以！衹好找攜程客服，取消訂單，重新下單，這樣一折騰，直到6:30我們才入住。要知道，當天我是逛完帝王谷和哈布城後，直接從盧克索包車過來的，已經在車上坐了5個小時了…重新定了家庭房，另外繳了一百多美金的税費，第二天又打電話叫我補交25美金。通過翻譯軟件交流，説這筆25美金是因為我的房費不是直接付款給他們的，所以他們從平台收取房費時，還會產生25美金手續費用，這樣需要我承擔..好吧，我又補交，不明白為什麼昨天不一次性收取？攜程服務是真的好，必須贊一個，我打電話過去迅速響應，幫我處理，還給我補了差價！

作為一個海邊度假勝地來說真的挺不錯的

This hotel has really European standards. Food is amazing - mostly French and Arabian cuisine. Grill and ad-hoc cooking is available. Wifi is good if you pay extra 10usd for premium wifi (we worked remotely) . We were is Jan, so whether was a cold somedays (due to windy and this is mostly after 15.00), but in hotel there no place like jacuzzi or spa. But i general hotel, room service, food, cleaning were in an excellent level

Iberotel Costa Mares is a truly five-star resort offering excellent food and stunning views. The sandy beach is beautiful, and the quality of the food in the restaurant is outstanding. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. I stayed there with six close family members and loved ones, and the experience was unforgettable. The food was really good, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The highlight for us was the beach, where we enjoyed swimming in the sheltered bay and soaking up the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel's convenient location near the airport made our trip smooth and easy. I would especially like to praise the bartender, Amr, who made our evenings at the bar truly remarkable. His professionalism, warm attitude, and talent for crafting delicious drinks were absolutely exceptional.

fantastic hotel with FANTASTIC service. everyone cares about the guests' satisfaction (thank you Mayada), the very nice Mohamed makes great drinks, Ella and Simba run cool and interesting animations. delicious food, large and clean rooms (meticulously cleaned every day) THX all support 4112

We are very happy to spend time in this hotel especially in the lotus bar with our bar atender Amr he was the best worker in this hotel we appriciate his hard work .... He is so kindly friendly and happy all the time .......... We love you Nr. Amr:)

The best stuff I ever meat in hotele all over the world. Very nice and helpfull people. And - what’s the best - very good Polish speekers:) Very nice arcitecture. Greate place to relax. The hotel is extremaly clean. The garden areas full of beautifull flowers.
