The way to get there is a little hard but staff was willing and very helpful for us to leave
Our car safe.. the rooms are amazing and all staff. Go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant..the rooms

The staff are incredible. We were two women travelling and it makes a difference to have employees who do care about their guests. We only stayed one night . We arrived late and they were able to make a reservation to a restaurant and brought us all the way there. And all the recommendations were good. We felt safe. Unfortunately we only stay one night but i recommend this Riad.This only thing negative was the bathtub; it was worn out.

The staff was eager to please. I felt like a princess. Close to everything. I would stay here if I return. I love Morocco!

As a solo traveler, I enjoyed my stay at Riad Jona due to several things; the respectful and friendly staff, delicious breakfast, clean rooms, and the great location of this place. The young men that worked there were super helpful when I happened to have questions about the city or the nearby activities/attractions.

From the beginning the greeting was poor, they gave us a room and then changed us to another one: on the other side of the Riad ,damp and smelly, with dirty curtains, the water kept coming out as hot and cold, we had to ask twice for the wifi code, for dinner we waited 50 mins for just starters, for breakfast I asked if the juice and yoghurt had added sugars the waiter said no when in fact it was full of sugar I had to take my medecine immediately to compensate.. overall we are extremely disappointed we have never experienced this in Marrakech I guess the staff tries its best but is not trained or informed as they seem to be overworked part-time students. On top of that they advertised a bottle of wine as a welcome gift that they never gave us.

The staff are super nice and very helpful. It's very cozy and clean. It's in the heart of old city. Thank you Aziz, Ashraf, Hasan, Khalid, Younis and every one working in the Riad for your great hospitality

Hassan was a great host. He made sure to explain the property and activities in the surrounding areas. Would definitely stay again. Loved how hands on he was.
