The hotel location was just perfect! In the centre of Medina and 20 minutes away from the train central station. Very vibrant and cozy Riad. Surrounded by beautiful guests. The pillow was comfortable but the bed size was really small for the King size bed as stated in the booking details. Problem for the taller people ya. Anyways, the staff was Friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay! Wifi connection was good too. Overall I’m fully satisfied and definitely come back for more.

We stayed here for 1 night as part of a package through Voyage Prive. It’s very close to be able to explore the Souks and main square so a great base to be if you want to go exploring yourself. Room was clean and staff v friendly. A warm welcome with Moroccan mint tea is common in the Riads. Don’t let the way in via slightly dodgy alleys put you off. Behind the door of this and other Riads you will find warm clean and surprisingly calm sanctuary after the bustle of the rest of the city

Very gracious staff. Excellent location. Comfortable room. Good price. Youssef and Jamal provided excellent service and were very responsive to our needs. The rooms were nicely appointed and the typical Moroccan breakfast was delicious. We loved our stay in Marrakech !

Séjour de 4 nuits au Riad, Très bon accueil, nous étions 2 avec ma sœur,et nous avons eu un gros gros coup de coeur pour l équipe : Fatima et Ouda en cuisine , qui nous ont régalé de leur petits plats( nous avions pris les repas au riad le soir) , Myriam, qui s occupe de l entretien des chambres, et Abdou, qui est là le soir, la nuit et une partie de la matinée et qui fait tout pour que nous soyons bien! Bref cette équipe et son sourire nous a chauffé le cœur ❤️. Le patron est aussi à notre disposition,bien que moins présent sur place... Nous avons aussi pris l option hammam massage, très satisfaites! Tout est fait pour que nous n ayons rien à réfléchir ( transport..) Pensez aux boules quies, car les hauts parleurs de l appel à la prière sont tout proches!Il y aurait encore à dire , mais vraiment équipe en or✴️ Stéphanie

Deux jours dans ce riad où l accueil, Les attentions et la gentillesse du personnel ont été un atout majeur. Literie confortable, petit déjeuner marocain nickel. Seul hic la présence d une famille avec 4 enfants qui devaient penser que le riad leur était entièrement réservé : bruyants, aucun respect même quand on a demandé au personnel de leur dire de respecter le séjour des autres hôtes. Mention spéciale à Hazdin et Maryam pour la qualité relationnelle et le service.

Mini vacanza 4 mamme con 4 figli di 10 anni. Riad stupendo, vicino a tutto con il personale più disponibile, gentile e attento mai incontrato. Camere tipiche, pulite e curate. Ristorante interno economico ma con tajine da leccarsi le dita. Per noi è stato il meglio. Entusiasti.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la chambre était très propre, la literie très bonne, le petit déjeuner très goûteux. Le jour de notre départ, un taxi avait été appelé pour nous emmener à l’aéroport et nous n’avons pas eu à payer ! Le rapport qualité/prix est super !!!

Le riad est bien situé, à 800m de la place jemaa el fna, c'est propre, les employées sont très gentilles et la chambre correcte. Les points négatifs pour nous ont été : - Manque de lumière artificiel dans la chambre, - Le petit déjeuner a été recevant : crêpe industrielle le premier jour, jus d'orange en bouteille ou canette, gâteau a la noix de coco les 4 jours, et ce qui est le meilleur les msemen ou les milles trous ne sont pas à chaque petit déjeuner et il n'y a qu'une sorte par personne donc un peu léger ! - Pas de petite bouteille d'eau a minima dans la chambre. C'est correct mais pourrait faire mieux sur le petit déjeuner notamment en donnant un jus d'orange pressé.

Riad Laora mi ha colpito da quando l’ho visto su Booking. Abbiamo prenotato il transfert per venirci a prendere all aeroporto Menara e ci ha portati direttamente al Riad. La posizione è comodissima perché a piedi in 3 minuti sei direttamente nei souk ma comunque è una zona tranquilla, è impossibile perdersi per tornare al Riad. L’accoglienza è stata bellissima con the e biscottini, abbiamo saldato il conto e ci hanno dato la camera . Camera pulita e bagno spazioso dove cambiano ogni giorno gli asciugami . Dotati di aria condizionata e a maggio faceva già molto caldo e c’è un buon Wi-Fi che prende ovunque. La colazione è buona e cambia ogni mattina , abbiamo cenato ogni sera sulla terrazza ed è stato tutto buonissimo. Qualsiasi cosa abbiamo chiesto ha soddisfatto i nostri dubbi, se rientravamo e chiedevamo un bicchiere d’acqua ce lo offrivano sempre con il sorriso, questo staff sa trattare bene i turisti vi abbiamo voluto molto bene . L’ escursione ad Agafay l’abbiamo prenotata direttamente con loro così come il taxi quando ne avevamo bisogno. Ringraziamo ancora Youseff, Nadia e tutti gli altri perché lo staff è eccellente. Accettano tranquillamente gli € sia cash che con carta . Grazie ci avete fatto sentire parte del vostro popolo .

C’était un très beau séjour ! Riad super, le personnel très gentils, nous étions dans la chambre bordeaux tout en haut et c’était très beau et propre, le petit déjeuner aussi était bon et la terrasse était calme et apaisante 👍🏼 Très belle expérience je recommande

Prima di prenotare ero in difficoltà perché i Riad a Marrakech sono tutti così belli, ho letto le recensioni e ho scelto Riad Laora. Abbiamo prenotato il pick up e all aeroporto è venuto a prenderci un autista marocchino. Siamo stati accolti da un eccellente staff che ci ha offerto the e biscotti . Con loro abbiamo prenotato taxi ed escursione nel deserto ed era tutto perfetto. Riad vicinissimo alla piazza , è impossibile perdersi perché la posizione è facilissima. Noi eravamo due ragazze ed è stata una vacanza bellissima. Lo staff è eccezionale a partire da Youssef, Nadia, Aziza e tutti gli altri . Ogni giorno quando rientravamo ci offrivano il loro the e biscotti, persone splendide. Stanze sempre pulite, cambi di asciugamani ogni giorno , aria condizionata funzionante, colazione ogni giorno diversa, abbiamo cenato in Riad ed era tutto buonissimo. Potete pagare tranquillamente in euro € .

Bellissima esperienza, Riad molto tranquillo e curato. Il cibo è veramente eccezionale, consiglio di cenare qui! Le colazioni molto abbondanti. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolti è stato sempre molto disponibile, simpatico e gentile.

Tout était parfait. - Accueil chaleureux - Chambre clean et très grande (Bordeaux) - Bien situé (env 8-10 minutes de la place Djamal El Fna) - Petit Déjeuner (spécialité marocaine) ✅ - Terrasse et piscine parfaitement bien pour la taille du Riad Le petit déjeuner est de 8h30 à 10h30. Malheureusement certaines excursions commencent à 7h45/ 8h la prise en charge.
