Wow wow wow! This hotel I would 100% recommend for anyone couples families even solo. The staff are amazing always polite, ready to help always. The food, entertainment the rooms alway cleaned daily. Thank you so much el Olivar will be back soon, really enjoyed. Please please please Ask for Faza the light of the Hotel she is such a good vibe her energy is Amazing! ❤️❤️

We stayed at this hotel for a week and we wasn’t disappointed. The staff are amazing, they can’t do enough for you , from the animation team , restaurant staff to the bar staff . Massive shout out to Adil and Adam who work on a night behind the bar , these 2 fellas a fantastic . The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are massive . Food is excellent . We would 100% recommend this hotel

This place is among the best hotels in Marrakech. It was truly amazing and it made my week long holiday to be wonderful. The hotel was modern and pristinely clean. I had breakfast, lunch and dinner and they had plenty of dishes for me to choose from . I was never disappointed and I’m a veggie! The best part of this hotel are the lovely staff – warm, friendly and always made me feel at home. There is plenty of things to do within the hotel, pool, waterslides, gym, spa and evening entertainment with a nice host. The animation team were friendly and a bunch of nice people – they have live singers and performers. I can hand on heart say I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would be happy to come back next year!

DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL. This place is awful rude staff, food absolutely disgusting and non edible overcooked taste less food.. Apparently it's all inclusive but had no beer, awful wine and just like faulty towers, We got a glass of red wine to be told that the only bottle they had has gone to the restaurant. They kept saying it's Ramadan. Do not go by the reviews, like i did as they are clearly MADE UP. Birds inside eating the bread, flies. We got charged £600 on arrival for all inclusive as we booked B & B by mistake and honestly we went to lunch within an hour of being there and I knew then I wouldn't stay there for a week and dinner, it was awful. We left the following morning and we asked for a full refund as there was NO WAY i was staying here for a week the place is a 3 star if that. the spa was awful it was like a derelict building. The only good thing about this hotel was the suite they upgraded us to. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. GO TO THE RIU TIKIDA GARDEN where we moved to from El Olivar and soooo glad we did it was amazing compared to here.

Honestly it was a brilliant experience. The rooms were brilliant and spacious. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The staff were amazing.. genuinely willing to help and offer to assist in any way possible. Special mention to Faza and Yousseff who always went above and beyond. We went all inclusive and after a few days in the City Centre of Marracech it was heavenly lounging by the pool with cocktails and beers - well worth going all inclusive if you enjoy a drink :)

The hotel is very clean ! The food is great there’s plenty of choice. The staff is the best part of the hotel. Everyone is very nice and fun to be around. The activities are interesting as well. We had a nice time and swam in the clean and enjoyable pool with nice music all around ! The entertainment staff are funny and smiling all the time.

What a beautiful experience at this wonderful resort. The food was exceptional, hospitality was amazing, but most of all the animation squad were fantastic. Always thinking about the customers and making their time here more worthwhile.
