Warm and welcoming from walking through the door. Fabulous surroundings, clean, lovely spacious room and bathroom with superb shower. The hospitality is second to none thanks to all of the lovely friendly staff. Walk across the alley and there's a rooftop restaurant owned by the same family. Serving international and Moraccan dishes. The exotic salad is delicious. Downstairs is a studio exhibiting beautiful photographs of Moroccan way of life and architecture. Ask politely and you may get a private view of the family museum also right next door. I loved this riad and will definitely be returning. It is tucked away in the local food shopping area, so you get a real sense of Moroccan life, as the streets are bustling with families buying their daily provisions. Just watch out for all the motorcycles as they don't take prisoners. I will continue to gush about this place for months as I loved it. ❤️

From the moment we entered the Riad, they welcomed us with snacks and Mint tea. Checked with us on our plans but did not push any of their agenda. Room was spacious and beautifully decorated. They served us a great breakfast spread in our room each morning. Each member of their staff, smiling and helpful. Perfect welcome to Morocco.

A BIG thank you to the outstanding team of Riad Kniza. We stayed for 1 week and never wanted to leave. The room exquisitely furnished and spotless, breakfast on the roof terrace a delight every morning, dinner fabulous and a team that looks after you in a most friendly and discreet manner. They organised an unforgettable trip to the Atlas mountains and a guide for our 1st day to take us through Marrakech. They even prepared a surprise for my husband´s birthday. There´s not one thing they could have done better!

. This riad is a hidden gem, wonderfully restored to an exceptional standard. Combined with the opulence of the traditional decor are the amazing staff and great food. Everyone is so incredibly helpful. It is peaceful with hidden rooms, a pool, water features and a great roof terrace. I also had a massage which was totally relaxing and just what I needed. It is hard to find fault with such a wonderful hotel. We were not in one of the bigger rooms, which we caught glimpses of sometimes when walking past, but even our room was wonderfully decorated and spacious. We ate dinner here on the first night and that was also a great experience with great food in a wonderful setting.

The most wonderful riad. In such a bustling setting it is incredibly peaceful and calm inside. My room was wonderfully spacious. The staff could not do enough for us. Breakfast and dinner were a delight. The rooftop setting is tranquil as is the entire riad.

Riad Kniza is a very beautiful riad in the Bab Doukkala area. It is perfectly located near by the center, at still a little away from the hustle. It was the most wonderful experience to live here. It is such a calm and exclusive atmosphere. The staff is very trustworthy and sympathetic, and the rooms are luxurious and with a modern comfort. The hammam was one of my best experiences and I felt walking on the sky the whole day afterwards. The riad is huge and there is plenty of space all over to sit, read, or whatever you feel like. The dinner was exquisite, and the most beautiful music played from next room. I can absolutely recommend this place.

A fantastic oasis of beauty and calm, what an amazing property with warm and so very welcoming service to match . It is deceptively tucked away in a byline but such a pleasant surprise with its beauty and serenity when u enter. We visited the Riad Kniza museum which just opposite which is amazing.

One of the best places I have ever stayed! The riad is so beautiful and peaceful with a stunning rooftop. But the highlight for me was the staff, they are so lovely and welcoming. It's a home away from home. I would definitely return if I came back to Marrakech.

My partner and I visited Morocco for the first time in January. From the arrival at the airport, with organised transfers by Riad Kniza, service was amazing. The Riad itself is an amazing location, as with it being on the outskirts of the Medina (roughly a 15 min walk to the square), it allowed for wandering the streets of the Souqs, and felt less touristy around the immediate area. The Riad was beautiful, a calm oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Our room was amazing, spacious & very clean, and was serviced twice daily. The Riad itself was very quiet, over the 3 days, we only saw 1 other couple through the whole duration of our stay, for us it was strange however, if you like peace and quiet, this is for you. We ate in the Riad via room service one evening & the food was amazing, & we think a reasonable price. Breakfast was served till 12pm everyday, & the location of where we ate, be it in the room, or on the terrace was our choice. Service was the one faultless thing, whether it was coming & going, and seeing the staff, or having a quiet glass of wine in the sun. Great experience, so authentic & was great to add into the mix of places we stayed in Marrakesh and Morocco. I would recommend adding this into your itinerary for a night or 2.
