Otelin konumu itibari ile çok memnun kaldım olanakları ise ayrı güzel. Çok büyük beklenti içerisine girmeden rahat bir şekilde konaklama imkanı sağlıyor. Çalışanlar sadece biraz daha iletişim kurmak için çabalarsa her şey bir tık daha iyi olur sanırım

We had a really good time it was a nice place. And specially the guys who are working at the bar are friendly, sweet, fun and funny!! I miss them already!! I can't wait to go back. The food was good and everyday it was something else. It was a good hotel and the room was good and clean, but the guys really made our time there really fun!!

The hotel itself is in the perfect location, really central to everything. It is a very family friendly hotel, There are pancakes and cereal, scrambled egg, fried egg every day as well as an abundance of salad and fruit. Snack time between 4pm and 5pm is super child friendly! The grill is on most meals and serves skewered meat, whole fish, omelette etc. The buffet always had rice, chips and some kind of meat. The rooms are great, cleaned everyday, with fresh towels and bedding. There isn't a lift so if you suffer with mobilty issues make sure to email the hotel to let them know in advance. Our stay here was really lovely. The only downside was the security guard as mentioned in other reviews. He is a creep, usually on nightshift. He let me put my towels out early for days when we first arrived but as soon as I told him I wasn't interested he removed my towels the next day and gave them to reception. He is not a nice man. HOWEVER...the rest of the staff are lovely!from the manager, reception staff, bar staff, chef,s and cleaners.

Don’t listen to the reviews honestly all full of sh*it Me and my Boyfriend been here for 7 nights and we loved it! Staff is amazing and deal with enquiries and help you out immediately. The rooms are sooo clean and get cleaned every day. There is 3 pools one massive one and 2 smaller ones. Pools get cleaned 5am every morning here and sunbeds too. Drinks are all inclusive so ignore what everyone else is saying. I was worried coming here reading these reviews, now I’m here I’m confused what everyone is on about. They have massive water fountain here and is very cold water too so you WONT get dehydrated. It’s 38 degrees here so make sure you’re not always drinking alcohol or you will get poorly. Food is basic but it’s like that everywhere. We are fussy eaters so we been going out for food some days but I haven’t been poorly from it so again don’t read the reviews. Loads of Karen’s on here if that’s my honest opinion. If you wanted a 10 star hotel go to Mexico or something🤣 as everyone knows Turkey cheap and cheerful so…

Well where do I start,on arrival the hotel is dated, we have a top floor room, big for two but handles falling apart on patio doors leading to balcony, the food is absolutely awful and going All inclusive we have eaten out nearly all the time, breakfast is catered for lunch and dinner, with exactly the same thing, if you are a lover of dill the herb you are doing well, everything is covered in dill even the mayonnaise, choice of breakfast is go next door for 200L and get a English breakfast, or you will be hungry for lunch time and then it's just as bad. The staff are many to hand in the restaurant, but if you leave your plate for 30 sec to get a drink it's dissolved from thin air, with you not finishing it. The poolside is open from 8am but you need to get down before 6am to get a good sunbed, towel brigade in the hotel and your chances are slim after 9am unless you want complete shade all day. The poolside shuts at 6pm and then your asked to vacate it and leave them to clean it and move sunbeds around for the next day. All inclusive drinks are usual efes draft in plastic cups and that all you can drink as spirits etc are awful. Rooms are cleaned every day and fresh linen and towels, but remember to buy a cheap towel for the pool as you will need one. So for people who are looking at staying, be prepared for bad repetitive food and enjoy your holiday.

Staff rude & unhelpful. I requested an iron which overheated as soon as I plugged it in, burnt my new dress then the plastic casing started melting & smoke was bellowing out. When I returned it to Reception the Manager was rude and told me I’d broke his iron and should buy him a new one! He then told me if I wasn’t happy ‘call the police’ The food was poor and several people were taken to hospital with suspected food poisoning - dreadful

We stayed at the hotel recently for 7 days. I have so say after reading reviews , I was seriously worried. However, we enjoyed every minute. The rooms are extremely spacious with air conditioning and a large patio. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond from the house keeping staff, restaurant and bar staff especially bartenders Ahmet and Ugur lead by chef Mehmet, who are such a friendly cheerful and energetic bunch. The customer service of this staff is fantastic, eventought they all work very long hours. The location is perfect to go shopping, walking or book tours, which you can do through a rep in the hotel. Restaurants, pubs and cafes in a couple of minutes walking distance and on your door step a corner shop that sells everything, the owners are so friendly. Also, available is the beauty salon that offer private Turkish bath experience. If you are going tell Pepsi or JJ that Shirley Curley sent you !! If you are hoping for a full English or Irish breakfast the hotel do not cook pork. However, there are many cafes outside the hotel, that will sell it full breakfasts at a reasonable price. But, why go to turkey to eat food that you can get at home, as there is plenty of food to choose from. We will definitely be back next year. Liza, Dean Lily and Sammy

Just got back from a ten day stay at begonville hotel marmaris, staff were outstanding, rooms are nice and big, cleaned to a high standard and pool was lovely. The only thing that let's this hotel down is the food and drinks package. All inclusive drinks only consists of Gin Raki Efes Vodka and Fizzy drinks And the food was horrendous to point were we couldn't even bring ourselves to enter the dining room towards the end of our holiday, only was I can describe food is mushy textures and chewy overcooked meat, chips for breakfast, dinner and tea and even them were cold and overcooked. The food is the only thing that will prevent me from staying there again which is a shame as it's situated in a good spot, walking distance to beach and shops.

Me and me friends (4x25 y.o) spent a week here and we loved it. We had a great time staying at the begonville and wouldn’t hesitate to go back there. Dont listen to the reviews about alleged 'roosters' and weird security guards. Everyone is polite and helpful. The food is great some days, average others, but there's always something to eat, breakfast, lunch, snack time & evening meal. The drinks variety is basically beer or vodka, then soft drinks, but for the price of the hotel - we had no problems with this. Rooms cleaned & tidied every day, rooms nice, beds nice. Location is perfect, 5 mins walk to the beach. The only thing would be to maybe take a chance on booking your own trips instead of through the hotels rep.
