Golden Rock Beach

A fantastic hotel, the best we've stayed at in any country. The staff were wonderful, Isaac and the entertainment team were a delight. Ozzy deserves a special mention, he was brilliant and looked after us all week, a really nice guy that went over and above to make sure we were happy. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, the food was great with a large selection and the location is perfect with beach views. The housekeeping staff kept the rooms immaculate. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. We'll be back.

It’s a really good hotel. The pools nice and clean, so is the beach. The spa is great. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Foods good, and so are the drinks. Staff a really good, and welcoming. Martin, Issac, Becky, and Ashley from the entertainment team are fantastic, and definitely make the stay more enjoyable that it already is.

Best hotel ever.been coming to marmaris 35 years but this hotel is top notch.rooms service food.the manager bulent is brilliant .goes above and beyond.lovely friendly man .runs the hotel n staff with ease .lovely wife n daughter to.Then uve got ozzy what a lovely man.helped us and looked after us.weve only been back 5 days and weve booked to go back in sept with family .see you all soon ❤️

I am here at the Golden Rock Beach hotel ,on my last night and our holiday has been absolutely fantastic, the staff in this hotel are amongst tge most friendly I have ever experienced in Turkey ,There is not one person I can Fauldhouse they have all been so pleasant ,well mannered and very professional, the food can be a bit hot and miss but there has not been a day that we haven't eaten ,Drinks are good and plentiful and bar staff have been very friendly and pleasant ,Rooms are spacious and cleaned every day .There is nothing that would stop me from coming back to this hotel ,all in all a fantastic holiday in the most amazing hotel .

This hotel was ok but not a 4* plus as jet2 advertise. Reception staff and bar staff not very pleasant. Beds are hard as a rock which kicked off my back problem worst beds ever. Didn’t sleep much room was facing main rd where one eatery in particular blasted music till early hours a steak house on the corner where all the British people ate. Stayed in 4 and 5 star all over Turkey and always managed good variety of drinks this hotel only has Gin Vodka Brandy and beer on their local drinks , their cocktails are revolting not even drinkable. No Pina Colada’s no Rum no Malibu etc unless you pay for them. They have no beach cafe which most hotels of this so call standard have on the beach, but they do have Rock Beach cafe/bistro where you can have anything food or drink you want but ALL PAYABLE….very cheeky really. The food was terrible and always cold hence the above steak house was always busy. Entertainment staff best thing about this place especially Cheeko he’s a credit to the hotel. I’ve stayed in Turkey 7 times now and definitely think this has been the worst to me it’s more of a 3 star. After chatting to other hotel users they had same problem with food a drink, I get the just they do this so you will eat out and help the Turkish economy all the more. Please folks don’t go here the pictures look great and to be fair the hotel was ok, but it didn’t tick all the boxes it should have . We have had far better value elsewhere. Maybe it’s a Marmaris hotel thing as we have always ventured South and had no problems. Be prepared to spend a lot more on eating and drinking out. The jet 2 rep FATIMA has a lot to learn as in customer politeness, we asked why we had to pay at the Rock Beach as stated on their website “ it was payable depending on board type “ my partner was told rudely and bluntly it wasn’t free. When we asked why this didn’t have the asterisk next to it online as it should have if payable yet again a blunt answer “ you must pay “ so that was it that was the answer no explanation as to why on their site it’s not got an asterisk and didn’t get an answer as to “ payable depending on board type” considering we were all inclusive ???? CONFUSED. The cleaner even took one of my dresses out the wardrobe to make one of these towel models which I found very rude touching my personal things. Kettle coffee tea etc in room only one plug socket at beside hence we always take an adapter. Defo won’t be back

Great rooms, great entertainment team, great food. Best hotel!!! Definitely recommend it. Martin is a great member of the entertainment team and is really helpful. The pool is nice and cool for the hot summer days. The water slides are are great.

Very good ,and so friendly., entertainment very good.my first time being here ,would take your team home with me. Love team so much don't want to leave them xxx would highly recommend ,great with children and adults so much fun cannot fault them """""""""""

Ramazan bayramı tatilinde 3 gün kaldık. Yemek menüsü ***et zengin, çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ..Su topu maçındaki Mustafa abiye selamlar tek gol bile yedirmedi bize :) Özellikle animasyon ekibi çok başarılıydı özellikle Becky ve Ashly’e sevgiler.Bizle çok ilgilendiler…

Arrived at Last due to Flight and Transfer Delays, Booked in, and was Told that i had been Upgraded for Nothing to a Sea/Pool View Room, Great i Thought, Room 326 has the Smallest Balcony i have EVER Had on My Travels, It also had ( 2 ) Air Conditioning Units on it, Blowing Hot Air, and to top it off You could see into Next Door Very Easy, There's 3 Balcony's the Size of 1 put Together !!!! Avoid if You Can. Never Ever Made Sunbathing round the Pool, Unless You get up at 4.30 You have had it, So My Whole time was on the Beach, and i was down around 8.30 That's My Biggest Concern, The English have Taken over from the Germans with there Beach Towels ⛱️ A Lot of Reviews" Rant " about How good the " Entertainment " Team are,!!! Rubbish !!! Only see them at 10.15am When they Walk round the Beach Shouting Good Morning, Evening Entertainment was Boring, Seen All of them before, Sat it the Lobby Bar Most Evenings, Food was Ok, Nothing Special, You Won't go Hungry, and Your find Most off the Desserts have already gone after You finish eating Your Dinner, Waiters are Hit and Miss, some will Bring You Water and ask You if You would like a Drink, Others Won't !!!! Bars....Never Went to the Pool Bar, so Cannot really Say, Lobby Bar is Ok, They know what You Drink, and they are as Helpful as they can be , All in All its Not a Bad Hotel, There's Good Points and Bad Points, I'm writing this Review while I'm still staying here (7th Oct) Don't leave till Monday the 9th and then I'm off down the road to Icmeler to stay in the Sea Star for another 10 Nights !! Would i Stay Here again..... Possible
