Casa de Maris Spa & Resort Hotel Adult Only 16 Plus

Nisan ayının ikinci yarısında otelde 3 günlük konaklama yaptık. Otel genel olarak yabancı, orta yaş ve üzeri turist ağırlıklıydı. Otelin konsepti herşey dahil şeklindeydi. Odamız ve otelin genel kullanım alanları ***et temizdi. Rahatsızlık yaşatabilecek birşey olmadı. Hatta kendi kendimize yaşattığımız talihsiz bir olay sonrası yatağımızın tüm örtüleri değiştirildi. Hijyen konusunda sorun yaşamadık. Yemekler genel manada iyiydi. Çeşit konusunda şu da olsaydı diyebileceğimiz birşey olmadı. Lezzet olarak da otel yemeklerine göre iyiydi. Havuzda ve lobide ayrı barlar vardı. Lobideki bar 24 saat açık. Barlardaki ürün çeşitliliği de bize göre makul ve yeterliydi. Chivas, jack, red label, smirnof, olmeca, yeni rakı, tekirdağ rakı gibi markaların başlangıç serilerinin hepsi vardı. Otel denize sıfır konumdaydı. Açık ve ısıtmasız bir havuzu vardı. Havuz başında şezlong bulmak biraz zordu. Denize sıfır ve kendisine ait olan ve servis yapılan iskelesi vardı. Plajı dardı ve denizi biraz bataklık tarzındaydı. Denizini sevmedik. Çalışanların hepsi son derece özveriliydi. Animasyonda Hakan, Anastasya, Lira, restoran kısmında Bektaş şef, havuz barda Coşkun başta olmak üzere çalışanlar genel olarak hepsi işini en iyi şekilde yapmaya çalışıyorlardı. Bir dediğimiz iki edilmedi. Üzülerek döndük. Birdaha gitmek isteyeceğimiz yerler arasında.

Arkadaş grubu olarak gittik. Otelden baya memnun kaldık. Otele 100metre mesafede kendi iskelesi var iskelede servis sürekli devam ediyor. Yemekler kaliteli. Otel temiz. Tercih edilebilecek bir otel.

This was my first trip to Turkey and I will definitely go back - hopefully to Casa de Maris! It is a great hotel and really well presented. All the staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. The service at Casa de Maris is the best I’ve received. A specific mention needs to go to Enes who works in the Snack Bar - he works really hard but is always very welcoming and has a smile on his face! He even remembered my husband’s daily order after a few days haha - we really appreciated that. Also to the lady (I’m so sorry not to catch her name) who cleaned our room everyday - she was very friendly and did a great job. Both of the doormen were very friendly and helpful to us throughout our stay too! We stayed in a partial sea view room which was close to the main road out of Marmaris but the sound proofing on the patio doors was good so we didn’t hear it much at night. We did however hear drunk guests returning from the bars and clubs between 1 and 5am on the first 2 nights which woke us up. It seems like the corridors / internal walls aren’t soundproofed so well. The rest of the time there were no issues so I guess those guests had left. We were told that the hotel was at half capacity whilst we were there which meant we didn’t have issues getting sunbeds by the pool. There were always some available at the private beach too which was very close by. Great food and lots of variety. Drinks were all branded. A family member of mine is vegetarian and some meals were more limited with options for them but they still didn’t go hungry. The desserts at dinner and in the patisserie are delicious - better than any All Inclusives I’ve been to before. We caught a dolmuş from directly outside the hotel and in to Marmaris & back on one day. It was really convenient and only cost 58p per person each way! It was good to see some of the centre of Marmaris and do some shopping. I would recommend. This was a last minute booking with Jet2 as our TUI holiday to Menorca was going to be disturbed by roadworks - we’re very glad it happened now as we had such a great time in Marmaris. Excellent Hotel and Staff This was our 4th visit to this hotel. We class the staff as family and love them. ENES cannot do enough for you and works so hard to make sure your holiday is special. He's an asset to this hotel and one the reasons we keep coming back.. Emin and Sebatin (wrong spelling I know) are both amazing too. Lily at the bar I love her so much too. Also Sevket on the bar, what an amazing guy he is. Also visited the jewellers at the hotel for a few purchases too. Hairdresser, Ramos is an amazing hairdresser and always cuts myhair for me. We will return.

Once again another great week at Casa de Maris! So lovely to be recognised and greeted by the staff. Everyone makes you so welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Special thanks to Enes and Emin, our poolside and dining hall waiters who once again were amazing. Fantastic A la Carte and special mention to Bessie. Lilly, at the bar and Selena, also deserve a mention. Food is superb, great variety and excellent quality. Rooms are lovely and clean and the beds super comfy. We love the relaxed atmosphere and noticed so many people are returning customers like us. If there is one negative it is the over enthusiasm of the entertainment staff. It was obvious that most people are there to relax. However they were determined to encourage a small minority to become really noisy and unruly. From comments made to us by other guests they found this behaviour equally unacceptable. It is sad that a great experience can be upset by behaviour that should be discouraged.

Just back from 4th visit. Can't fault it. Stayed 9 nights,( Thunder storms last 2 days but you can't control the weather eh? Food 9 out of 10 , as there quite a lot of fish dishes. We don't like fish that much , but when in turkey it's the norm . Bar staff fantastic , jack daniels , smirnoff, J&B. Ballatynes. And the cocktails very good , made with the same spirits. Frozen daquaries every day , 24 hrs. Coffees , hot chocolate. Lattes, irish coffees, iced coffees. Bottles of fantastic, coke , coke zero, sprite. Bottled Efes or draught. Rooms lovely, all toiletries provided. Shower gel, conditioner. Shampoo, daily cleaning, never had trouble getting a sunbed , always some free on the sundeck , pool beds obviously away first. Some people complain, but if you want to pay £4 for a bottle of Efes or £10 and upwards for branded spirits outside, well go self catering ( but you better take plenty cash ) For example McDonald's happy meal £6 big mac meal £8.50. So take my advice go casa de maris. Ramzan, sevkket, Eyshegoo, Hooray, Enes. Sal and the rest will take great care of you. I'm already booked up for nest year. You can't please all the people all the time , but it comes pretty close in my opinion.
