My toilet smell was very bad. Like sewage smell. Then I wanted to show my wife my room but wasn’t allowed even tho I said you can come with me. Also breakfast can be better

Stayed here for a week during April / May enjoyed our time there, found air con only worked with door shut which was okay on the night however; can get very loud been directly above your head so if using on night would recommend earplugs or sleeping with door slightly open. Location is great close to local bars, restaurant , shops, excursions beach and transport services all within walking distance Hosting team have been amazing throughout our stay make you feel very welcome big shout out to Jimmy / Sieda/ Beni/ Dohan nothing was ever too much for them. Plenty of sun loungers and parasols on both pool areas, no need to wake up at silly AM to claim a sun lounger more than enough to go around. Water slide there only on during certain times of day but nice to have option there if want it. Food was okay found something to eat on a daily basis, however; some times the food did seem cold/ Lukewarm at times. Would recommend keeping valuables on you at all times as we had money go missing whilst my husband was asleep in room and do not disturb sign was on door I was relaxing by the pool and thought his wallet would be safe been left on the side we came to later realise this was not the case.

The hotel is a lot better this time ..It has had a few changes ..Breakfast you have a lot more choices lunch and dinner as well ..The restaurant has a new manager Caner he is excellent at his job and keeps the restaurant are veryclean..Dogan he is the bar and restaurant manager and he is trying to get more things upgraded..The rooms now have tvs plus the Internet is very good now ..There talking about getting British channels added..The turkish bath with massage and oils is excellent one of the best i have had prices are good as well .My hubby and son got a tattoo , the tattoo that they got was amazing and his price is really good. The shower could do with a curtain but that's my choice..The staff are really friendly and are willing to help with anything..Keep up the good work Dogan and Cenarth..you will get it the way you want takes time ..See you all in september

me and my boyfriend have just came back from staying here for the week, it was amazing! best week ever, all the staff was very friendly and helpful, food was delicious, made us feel very comfortable, our room was the perfect size, the location is very good as well, and only 10 minutes away from the main marmaris town on the shuttle bus, cocktails tasted amazing, good atmosphere, staff would also check in too see how you are daily and show genuine interest about our lives back at home, would 100% come back!

Hotel itself is beautiful, rooms are small but clean! Always something available to eat (mainly chicken though). Staff all friendly and couldn't do more to help you. Short walk to bars but if you want the main centre of marmaris walk along seafront for 30 mins or catch the bus for 30tl each way. There are a few wild boar in the area in the evenings so just be aware of them. Points of improvement from my point of view would be to clean under sunbeds and sunbed tables as saw quite a few ants. Handrails needed coming down slope of restaurant and down steps to second pool.

Had an absolutely beautiful holiday. Before we arrived we were very sceptical of the reviews. However, when we arrived could see they were incorrect. Staff were amazing and food was great. Room was a little small but great for what we needed. Staff were very attentive and can not be faulted. Pool and facilities were lovely. Lots of great extra touches and not a far walk from high street or the beach. Special thanks to Jimmy (bar manager) and Alex (wait staff) Will see you again same time next year. We booking soon to come see you all again in May 2025!! Sean and Richard

We have enjoyed our stay, had read reviews before coming. However our experience has been lovely, rooms were small but all you need as ur out of room most of time. Food was great we found something most days that we liked and they were always cooking fresh things on the grills outside, bar staff and waiting staff always helpful. My only issue was we didnt get in until 2:30 of the morning after delay and the rep which we booked with love holidays who do not have reps so didnt appreciate that!

I was apprehensive about coming here after reading some of the negative reviews but I had a lovely time. Good points - Within walking distance to shops / bars. The staff are so friendly and really do go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Jimmy - best bar man ever! The whole team are fab! Thank you. Pool was lovely. Points for improving - The food 😢 there was plenty of choice but it really was so bland. I am sorry to say this, but it’s the truth and it breaks my heart because the staff were so lovely, but throw some spice in there! There also is no entertainment which was disappointing. Possibly would return for a cheap and cheerful break. Overall we had a lovely holiday

Fantastic hotel we are disabled and hospitality and help was first class had a great 10 day holiday food was good service was excellent staff so helpfull cannot wait to ho back Well recent Nothing was touch trouble for this hotel and staff thank you all and see u September 😘
