Our first time in Turkey and we will definitely be back. Hotels facilities is clean, rooms are a little small and dated but have everything you need. Used spa facilities which were amazing. I strongly recommend the Turkish spa experience. The massages are out of this world. Truly amazing

A lovely hotel .the rooms are spacious very clean .staff are amazing very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble if you need anything .the entertainment staff go above and beyond to make guests stay more pleasant. There is food loverly something there for everyone to enjoy .I cannot wait to come here again soon . There is also a spa downstairs which is amazing. I had a Turkish bath first time I have ever had one. the ladies are loverly make you feel welcome and very relaxed .ozzy the manager of Sofia spa .is very pleasant and is very helpful if you have any questions 😊. The atmosphere in sophias is very relaxed .while staying at the hotel a visit yo Sofia is a must .but don't just take my word foe it come down and see you won't regret the trip to there .

First time coming to turkey after reading some of the different reviews we come open minded, and so far it’s been very good hotel staff was very helpful with changing our rooms so we could be close together, and entertaining staff are very friendly and like to have a laugh with which is good and makes the holiday see the kids happy and having fun

Amazing hotel, foods brilliant with lots of choice, Entertainment staff are great, they do water activities, dances, football, water bingo and much more.

I have just came back from here after spending 2 weeks here about my time the entertainment team are 1 of the best I have seen in a hotel they come round talk to everyone in the morning try and ivole everyone but only if they want to be there fine if not they have things on at night disco for kids and a litte show after a lot of hotels dont have nothing on at night no more so that was also good the hotel manager was so polite spoke to everyone also the buffet manger so polite and welcoming when you walked in then this bring me on to the TUI rep named moze he could learn some manners of the to mangers at this hotel he asked if we was ok we said yes and that we was just going down to the town to book some trips he said back you should of come and see me I do trips we said politely that you can get deals down in the town he response was shocking if you want to go with 300 hurned chaz then carry on and said enjoy your holiday and walked of i couldn't bleave what I heard but the funny thing people who booked with him was on some of the same trips when it comes to tea time it can get very busy brackfast and dinner not to bad but dont slow down till about 8.15 when it first opens if your not first in your stuggle to get a seat but they do an amazing job clearing and relaying the tables so you have a seat staff are amazing keep up the good work you are a credit to Costa Mare hotel
