Very busy with so much food and really enjoyed the kids entertainment

The hotel is beautiful, the entertainment is brilliant, the staff are kind and helpful. The food in the restaurant has a lot of different selection which is very helpful. The evening shows are very enjoyable, will most definitely be back next year!

This hotel is disgusting, we arrived on the 29th of April and are here until the 13th of may (if we can’t get early flights home) on the second day we went down for the buffet my little sister age-4 got the chicken nuggets and chips she sat down on the table with her food all happy she takes a bite in the chicken and it’s raw fully raw chicken mixed with half cooked chicken it was disgusting she kept eating until I looked over and saw how raw the nuggets were so I took them of her and went to the kitchen to explain there not cooked and they said “no way they are look yummy” then I said look there not cooked sort it out for other people until people get sick then he said “no speak English” he was laughing joking with his mates it was disgusting and disappointing. The next day she had to stay on bed all day being sick everywhere with a headache! Next day she was ok but still iffy but can I just say as well staff here can be really kind but for the most nasty and inappropriate the only way you can get a sunbeam is if u go down early and put a towel on top it which I did today and they got thrown in pool by staff horrible people if I could I would give it a 0 star review

Great hotel food great yolo team brilliant work hard day and night. Lots of activities to fill the day for kids and adults. Rooms basic but clean all staff helpfull. Kids clubs on twice a day grandaughter loves them. Shout out to Rio everyone loves him. Jay has the yolo team on top form.

Arrived at around 2am due to flight delay, no food or drink offered, best I got was room temperature water until another guest showed me drinks machine. Rooms are small (standard double) air con is not very cold, safes & even fridges are paid for extra, WiFi was £50 for the week & it’s sketchy. Only get one scratchy throw for bed, no top sheet & no mattress or pillow protectors. No sound insulation between rooms / corridors, you can hear next room so much as sneeze (never mind the rest) Corridors have stained & faded carpets, walls not been painted in years, lift is filthy & stairwells don’t look clean. Food is virtually identical each day, lots of fried & junk food, thankfully there was a salad bar. Drinks are typically watered down & flavourless, better to drink water, but even that tastes off sometimes. Sunbeds are plentiful but mostly reserved, same for a decent place to sit to eat at peak times. Sitting solo they pitched up & took remaining chairs on one occasion so I was left sitting at a table with just one chair, didn’t even ask! “Entertainment” seems constant & a lot louder than necessary. Goes on till late. There’s virtually nowhere to go for any peaceful time. Some (not all) of the reception staff are abrupt & moody. Same with some bar staff, who in restaurant bar will ignore a solo woman over guys who talk about football. The most engaging person was the lad who showed me my room on the night of check-in & the very hard working housekeeper who took her time to speak each time I saw her. Location isn’t best, long distance to town / Beach so unexpected taxi costs, first of which who is right outside the door s of hotel charge me 400tl to Marmaris, where the ride home & same trips on many other times both ways 200TL - when I asked the ones outside hotel again few days later even then said 250TL & when I said too much they became argumentative verging on aggressive as I walked away. Finally late check out charges, to keep my room past 12pm till 6pm they wanted £80! But found out from others they were quoted less for same extension. I’d not stay here again, even for discounted prices, if I’d have had the option financially I’d have checked out early & stayed elsewhere

Lovely hotel, the food was okay but the best part was entertainment team, they were amazing and funny with a special shout out to Ozzy and Jo and curly there talked to you all the time wasn’t ignorant there are always busy there deserve a pay rise for how many hours work there do my little girl loved it hopefully see you all again soon. We enjoyed our stay at club Julian mainly due to the team :)

Hotel staff are amazing and roam is lovely and clean and lovely everyone is very welcoming and the entertainment team are very enjoyable the pool and slide are very fun and my family enjoy coming here for a holiday as every time it is very good I would definitely recommend it 10/10 and it is very family friendly

Amazing hotel!! This was our 3rd time here and never disappoint. Jay and his entertainment team make the hotel and the holiday memories that will last a life time. Traveling as a group of 17 and all of us never had one bad word to say. We hope to see all the team and the hotel staff again x

The Julian club is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to, the entertainment team are always on the toes keeping everyone happy making sure the kids have a good time would definitely recommend booking if you want a family friendly holiday xx
