I stayed at this hotel in early October. This is my third time in Marmaris specifically, having stayed at Blue Bay (meh) and Costa Mare (avoid) in the last year. I found it really difficult to find reviews for this specific hotel, so I hope my review helps. Room / Hotel Our room was very very clean. Spotless. The whole hotel was. Cleaners were really friendly and we felt my belongings were safe. This hotel had the cleanest bathroom, which is a rare find. The air con was ice cold which would be fantastic when it was hotter, but in October, we would have benefitted from a light duvet. Sadly our balcony looked directly out to a building, and the hot water in the shower was temperamental at times, but this is room dependant and didn't bother us. The rooms are fitted with a nice TV, good hair dryer and plenty of places to store your items. Pool / Sun loungers / Entertainment There are two pools and lots and lots of sun loungers. We had no problems getting a lounger each day. We were even able to use the loungers on the beach for free, which is very close (and usually a charge). The larger pool looked bigger in person than we expected, and the snack bar was very close. Nice ice cream served at lunch. The small pool was lovely to sit in to cool off. Both pools were well maintained and clean, though it's a shame there are not steps into the big pool, as this would be easier than the skinny metal ladders. For some this may present accessibility issues. It was however nice to see others left lilos and inflatables for others to use. There were also plenty of bars near the pool. Food / Drink I am a very fussy eater to be totally honest. I am not adventurous and don't often have high hopes for all inclusive. However, I found the food to be very high quality. I could appreciate the large amount of food on offer, even though not all of it wasn't all nessesarily to my taste. The snack bar was so lovely - the chicken fillets were better than selects back home. There were fries, burgers, sausages and nuggets. The salad all looked super fresh. I recall there being chicken wraps, pasta dishes, fish dishes etc. The desserts were also divine - best I have ever had in turkey. If I was to be critical, breakfast would have benefitted from having croissants instead of chips. We didn't drink alcohol in the hotel, but their iced coffees were divine. Orange juice was also lovely and refreshing. Water was restocked in the mini fridges. It is a shame that soft drinks cannot be available for longer than 11pm - or the ability for customers able to make their own drinks from a pump. Sometimes the queues were busy. There is no entertainment but this didn't really bother us. There was good music in the day which we enjoyed. Spa Veysell the manager of the spa was such a lovely and honest man. He is a credit to the hotel and was very genuine. If you have been to Turkey before, it is usual practice in every hotel the spa man harrasses you. Not here - Veysell respect
