Hotel Marbella

Our first trip to Türkiye, and we were blown away by the hospitality and overall experience at this wonderful hotel. The location was perfect, as was the standard of comfort, quality of food, air con, immaculate cleaning, private beach steps away and outstanding service. We really enjoyed eating on the jetty one evening and wished we had done so more often, so lovely. Also, as a hotel guest you can get a 10% discount card from reception, although the prices are already very reasonable. Breakfast was really really good too, every member of staff were excellent. We will certainly return.

Great hotel always come here rooms are small but enough the staff are great from cleaners, waiters & bar staff. The beach is kept spotless & you get service whilst at the beach so no need to move & the best bit is always plenty of sun beds

Based our bookings on its reviews here and so glad we did... Staff amazing.... Food gorgeous..... The hotel is constantly being cleaned and is spotless the cleaning girls were so pleasant and always say "Good Morning" (Thanks Girls).... All the staff are friendly and work really hard to ensure your stay is first class... You can also use the facilities at the Sunrise Hotel which is its sister hotel 3 minutes away which is equally as impressive... We had two minor issues that a quick talk with the reception Staff quickly resolved... The bar staff especially Erol & Ferhan work non stop (Thanks Guys)... The food at breakfast is again first class along with the staff.... The reception exchanges money and the rates are excellent we averaged 52 lira to the pound when exchanging.. I have seen reports of the hotel at the back being a bit noisy but this is a holiday resort so you expect a little ambient noise from the surroundings and its not Boom Boom Boom like some hotels just people on holiday at a larger hotel behind... The 12:30 curfew from the surrounding bars at this end of the strip is carefully monitored and enforced so this part of the resort goes a little quieter and you can still go to bar street if you want to carry on partying... The marina / bazaar is a 30 minute walk along the prom and blueport is roughly a 15 minute walk and a 10 minute walk to the water park..... We booked 11 days for a party of 7 adults and we all agreed when we come back it will be for 14 days next time.... 1000% recommended... Our 4th visit to this wonderful hotel It is rare to be able to say but this hotel is faultless. Situated on the seafront it offers its own private beach complete with ample sunbeds and parasols and kept spotless, as is the whole hotel. There is a great alacarte restaurant and also a romantic pier restaurant. Breakfast is extensive with fresh omelette and pancakes made by the lovely chef. She even made a special Turkish breakfast for my husband which he had enjoyed in previous years. I wish I could name all the staff Individually as they all deserve praise for the fantastic service they offer. I must mention the restaurant manager, Soydan, who works tirelessly from breakfast to late night and always so professional. The bar staff, especially Gokhon and Erol, who work so hard and are great fun and very welcoming and a pleasure to spend an evening with. (Love those guys) Muga and Arda on reception where truely nothing is too much trouble. Finally,  my jewel in the crown, Ferhan, who looks after your every need on the beach, what a lovely guy, and the one who makes our holiday complete and keeps us coming back. This is a wonderful place full of wonderful people.

Fabulous hotel with a beach right on the doorstep, spotlessly clean, great food. The staff are all very hardworking and go out of their way to ensure you have a lovely holiday.
