Beautiful little hotel with amazing views. Close to bars and food .secret little gem. Already booked in for end of April 2024Ibrox bar is amazing 👏 pay the extra and book with sea views.lovley walks right on your door step.cant wait to get back there 😎

It s not good stuff..they think ,they are always right ..they ask english money or euro..they don't want turkish lira..they don't want card payment..not revolut card ..they ask always cash..food is good but expensive..

Here at the moment. Wonderful boutique hotel with the friendliest and most attentive staff. If you haven't already done so, book a hammam and massage with Soya the hotel rep. She's a lovely and friendly hotel host and cares about your experience. I've had a deluxe trea**ent which included the hammam, Turkish bath experience including a massage, a full body massage and a facial. They can be taken on separate days. Ive had about four hours of trea**ents for the equivalent of £70. These therapists know what they are doing. Best trea**ent I've had. My brother had a hot stone massage and it's the best he's experienced. Highlight of our holiday so far, treat yourself. You won't be disappointed.

I booked this hotel 3 years ago as I was getting married and needing a suite for everyone to get ready in. I paid nearly £600 for 3 nights we had to cancel twice due to covid my wedding planner went and asked if we could carry the booking over I also emailed to confirm that this would be ok the hotel agreed for us to do this and have the suite. In May this year I went over to Turkey and went to the hotel to confirm again that my booking was ok they said it was and that i still had the suite but due to inflation it would cost more I fully understood this and expected to pay a bit more,the manager wanted another £150 per night which in total was another £450 luckily I had a turkish friend with me who managed to get it down to £100 extra per night the total for three nights was nearly a thousand pounds. As I needed this room I agreed to pay the extra even though I thought this was alot for three nights. Arrived at hotel on the 24th August night before the wedding to be given a very small room I explained it was not the room I had booked and my three bridesmaids were supposed to be staying with me that night and the room didn't have enough room for us to get our hair and makeup done. Reception called the manager and explained the problem I also showed him the emails confirming my booking he thought it was hilarious and actually laughed said the suite was being used and basically tough I called some turkish friends who came to explain as the manager suddenly couldn't speak or understand English. I could only have one bridesmaids stay that night got no apology thank god he has brilliant staff as they could see how upset I was and said they would help out in the morning my dress and bridesmaids dresses had to be stored a cleaning cupboard as wasn't enough room in the wardrobe. Next morning the reception lady opened up another room for all of us to get our hair done I was so grateful and the staff were fantastic popping up making sure we had enough water ,tea and coffee even brought up a tray of fruit I could not thank them enough they all came out and wished me well Would I stay here again absolutely not if the money grabing manager left I would as hotel is lovely and the staff fantastic I actually only stayed two nights in the end

Marmaris Beach otele eşim ile birlikte 2 geceliğine gittik. Verdiğimiz paraya tamamen yazık oldu, lütfen paranıza yazık e**eyin. Odalar pislik içerisinde, havlular değiştirilmiyor, çöpler ağzına kadar taşıyor değiştirilmiyor. Resepsiyonu aradığımda house keepingin 17:00’a kadar çalıştığını ve temizlik talebinde bulunmadığımız için temizlenmediğini çok üslubsuz şekilde ifade ettiler. Hem Maxx Royal gibi otellerde hem de 3 yıldızlı çok fazla otelde kalmış biri olarak rahatsız e**eyin ibaresini koymadıktan sonra room servis günlük yenileme işlemlerini ve house keeping de temizliğini günlük olarak yapar. 2 küçük su zar zor yalvarmaya konuluyor odaya, tesisin kendi sahil kısmına dışarıdan rahatsız edici çok fazla insan alınıyor. Çocuklu aileler var bizim gibi çiftler var, çok rahatsız olduk ve ayrıldık direkt… Sahilde sipariş ettiğiniz şeyi unutuyorlar, saatler sonra 2. 3. hatırlarmada geliyor. Lütfen paranıza ve zamanınıza yazık e**eyin, bu otele asla gelmeyin.

Super hotel. Heb er 2 weken verbleven en erg genoten. Animatie team erg sociaal, gezellig en vooral heel enthousiast; Ozzy, Jimmy, Potter, Aycan en vooral Sena erg aardig! Minpunt: Wifi is wel erg zwak.

Отличный отель на первой линии,соответствие цена-качество,персонал дружелюбный,в номере все необходимое,сантехника исправно. По питанию нареканий нет,повар большой молодец,всегда есть из чего выбрать.Не понимаю тех кто пишет негативные отзывы, нужно понимать что отель 3 звезды и каких то изысков вас там не ждёт,на мой взгляд отель идеален во всем. Расположение,питание,номер,облуживание -все на должном уровне. Отдыхала с мужем в сентябре 2022 года .
