بالنسبه للمرافق مثلا دورة المياه تعتبر متوسطه فالماء ضعيف نوعا ما فالشاور اضافة الى ان الماء يتحول الى حار ثم بارد بشكل مفاجئ ايضا كرسي الحمام الكبنيه غير مريح وقريب من الحائط اما عن النظافه جيده اما عن الموقع ممتاز اما عن المطاعم ليست جيده مطعم سولت يعتبر افضلهم ومطعم تركواز الذى يوجد به بوفيه الافطار والغداء والعشاء فهوه جيد والذى لم يناسبنى ان الفندق يقنن الوقت مثال الغدا من الساعه 12.30 الى الساعه 2.30 فقط وهذا غير مناسب ومطعم سولت بطئ جدا فالخدمه وفى تقديم الطعام والسعر مبالغ فيه والجميل فالفندق موقعه ووجود المول بالقرب منه واما عن خدمة التنقل بالقولف كار سيئه ولايحضر السايق عند الطلب عند الاتصال عدة مرات ويتجاهل طلب العميل وايضا لايقبل الفندق استظافة ظيف ولايتوفر بزنيس اوفيس غرفة للكمبيوتر ادا لديك عمل وتريد ارسال ايميل او تصوير اى ورقه مهمه لايتوفر لديهم والجديد لديهم تم عمل بيست جديد دى جى بعد انتقال الفندق من شركة ريجال هايت الى ريكسوس العلمين تدنت مستوى الخدمات

L’hôtel est juste magnifique. L’emplacement est stratégique. Les facilités sont au top. À la réception, le meilleur est M. oussama Selim, il est serviable et généreux. Il nous a assuré notre réservation même avant notre arrivée. Un grand merci à monsieur Faramawy the room division and all the stuff Amira Essa et Abdallah Mohamed. Best hotel ever, and definitely coming back soon 👍 all love from Morocco 🇲🇦

Excellent stay and hospitality from welcome drinks to conceirge team Room is deluxe very big with free mini bar drinks, nice pool view, free WiFi all places till beach, which was very clean , restaurant with Very helpful staff , delicious food , different variable dishes, Very nice stay I recommend for all

Incredible stay at Rixos Premium Alamein. Islamy looked after us with a free upgrade and made our stay extra special. He was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here. Everything is amazing. It’s a must.

The hotel was very beautiful, rooms are deluxe, nice and clean, staff are so friendly and helpful, the food is so delicious, pools are clean and suitable for all ages, I highly recommend the Infinity pool and the bar next to Infinity pool is so nice, special thanks to Mohammed Elsayed the barman at the Infinity pool. They have Jakuzi, Sauna, Gym& spa, very luxurious. Special thanks to Mostafa for being so friendly and nice to us, he helped us out so much at the hotel. Finally, I suggest Rixos Premium Alamein for a very joyful holiday!!!

Everything is amazing here room perfect food tasty and amazing beach and pool so clean staff here are so friendly entertainment team amazing they have a lot of activities like volleyball water polo darts game special thanks for Mahmoud from the entertainment team we will back again for sure

One of the best hotels, top notch hospitality great check in experience thanks to Mr. Mohamed faramoy and guest relation team Beach is very well organised Panorama suite one of the best view I ever saw, excellent view and very quite Dinner at salt seafood is another experience to tell food is great and team are professional and friendly One of the best hospitality experience

Super 5/5 service being provided in this amazing hotel 🥰 every single thing here is awesome. Staff, facilities, food and beverages Beach and swimming pools are super clean and tighty. You can’t leave this place fast you need to spend at least 4 days

The Dj Suror was fantastic. Amira kids animator was doing great with kids. Lovely performance. Such a nice lady. It was a really lovely show. We all enjoy really a lot. Fantastoc Performance.
