Baia de Bahas - Apartments & Resort

We arrived just before midnight and were forced to pay a number of charges which were NOT quoted in the T&C’s if we wanted the key. We showed this the following morning to the receptionist, and after lot of to and fro, she agreed to refund for a couple of things but REFUSED to refund us for a €50 cleaning fee. She blamed it on the travel agency for not including it on the T&C’s (!). The studio was extremely humid (see pictures, including the pillow!), the A/C was not working, the room was not clean, the sofa-bed was very uncomfortable, and the fittings were falling apart. In a nutshell, the studio was not liveable. We understand that it is not a 5-star hotel but the condition was very far from the published pictures. We had a 6-night reservation and left after the 1st night as they would not fix it or give us an alternative accommodation. What we found shocking is that they would not refund us for the other 5 nights as they said that “there was no problem to fix”. When receiving complaints, they tend to hide behind the “office in Turin” which seems to manage the property but at the end they try to keep your money based on the small print. In summary, we feel that this is not an ethical way of doing business and we would advise everyone to stay away.

I just want to say thankyou to Maria and her lovely husband. They can not do enough for you and deserve recognition for this. Nice relaxing stay in a quaint apartment at a reasonable cost. Transportation is a slight issue so renting a car is a good idea but other than that it's a lovely place to stay. I enjoyed my walks to marinella! Thankyou so much xx Gem xx

Bellissimo appartamento molto pulito, con un bel terrazzo vicino alla spiaggia, con tanti servizi vicini e comodi, abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa!Molto accoglienti, gentili e disponibili! Lo consiglio vivamente e ritorneremo presto!

Posto incantevole ben curato, circondato da bellissime spiagge adatte a grandi e piccoli, gentilissimo lo staff. L’appartamento molto carino e pulitissimo. Sono ormai tanti anni che torno ad agosto in Sardegna e non mi stanco mai Lo consiglio vivamente

Un appartamento davvero ben tenuto. Lo staff cordiale, disponibile e ho apprezzato la vista dall'appartamento. Ha tutte le necessità e molto pulito dall'arrivo. Consiglio vivamente di visitare questo Resort!

Location spettacolare e punto di incontro perfetto tra mare , divertimento e relax. ci è stato assegnato un appartamento con vista mare in cui era davvero un piacere rincasare dopo le giornate di mare e per godersi una cenetta e un drink. Staff sempre a disposizione e pieno di energia positiva, del resto come il sole della Sardegna. L'appuntamento è all'anno prossimo sicuramente!

Quest estate io e la mia famiglia abbiamo scelto la Sardegna per le nostre vacanze, abbiamo prenotato un trilocale in questo bellissimo residence sul mare. L alloggio non nuovissimo ma molto molto carino e confortevole , un punto d appoggio perfetto dopo le giornate esplorative delle innumerevoli spiagge della costa,tutte stupende e facilmente raggiungibili. Devo dire c è bisogno di più tempo per goderselo al meglio, ci torneremo sicuramente

Due giorni magnifici con tempo splendido, l’appartamento era di nostro gradimento, pulito e piacevole. Abbiamo fatto il bagno in un mare cristallino, verde smeraldo. Staff molto gentile. Sicuramente ritorneremo!

Logement sale, matériels vétuste que l'employé d'entretien est venue réparer pendant 2h à notre arrivée, le lendemain matin c'est pareil, femme de ménage qui vient car cafetière non conforme qui souffle par la pression...du marc de partout, un désastre...très déçu de notre séjour, dommage l'endroit est pourtant agréable mais non le logement
