The best resort and staff in all of Spain. Hands down.

應該是馬貝拉比較好的五星級酒店，但體驗感一般，不會再入住。攜程套房的圖片與實際不符，實際就是一個普通酒店房間多了一個沙發，房間有一股發黴的味道。攜程註明2020年開業，我以為是新酒店，實際裝修都比較老舊，我不明白為什麼是2020開業的酒店。前台服務不符合五星級標準，上午辦好手續，下午來取房卡，前台衹有一個人，非常慢，等了很久。 酒店優點在於餐廳很多，晚上吃飯感覺不錯，位置在海邊，散步非常舒服。

Outstanding is all I can say. This is probably our favorite beach resort we have ever stayed in around the world. We traveled with 2 kids - 11 and 10 - and it was absolutely amazing. The service is top notch and the facilities were clean, up to date, and on point. It’s mind boggling how much is packed into this resort - pools, beach, restaurants (hard to count how many!), etc, etc. Families do great here but it also has plenty of places for couples to avoid the families if that’s what you are seeking. It seems the resort continually updates different dining and entertainment venues, so everything keeps somewhat new, updated and fresh. I expected a bit of Euro ‘shabby chic’ with some old school service/snobbery, but it was totally upscale and GREAT service. Very few places we’ve been to have been this good all around. The room was well appointed. The grounds were beautiful - like a tropical rainforest. The pools were great and excellent variety. And the restaurants - well they were outstanding and a great variety. Oh and the breakfast at the Sea Grille (amazing views) was just totally decadent. I’ve never seen so much food for breakfast. The manager there is outstanding too - he’s always working harder than the wait staff, which is probably why the restaurant runs so well (good servant leadership). Chinguirita was our favorite place to eat for lunch - on the beach, great vibe, and excellent food. I was blown away. Cipriani is a beautiful place to have a cocktail. Bibo was outstanding food. While the whole place has some of the best people watching you can imagine, having a post dinner drink at La Plaza is quite a show (send the kids back to the room!). And if you look at some of my other reviews, they aren’t always the best, so I think that says something with this gushing review…. We visited Marbella Club for lunch and regretted it - wish we stayed at Puente Romano and hadn’t wasted that afternoon. MC did end up having the old Euro snobbery feel - and service just doesn’t compare to Puente Romano. We hope to get back one day, even though it’s quite a far journey for us.

Amazing time, amazing place and amazing team! The entire experience was fabulous. We had an upgrade from a 2 bedrooms suite to a pool villa and were treated as super stars. We went there my husband and I with our 2 girls and everyone was thrilled. The restaurants were amazing. And the breakfast an absolute treat. A huge thanks to this great team!

Not sure whats happened here but considering entry price rooms are £1000 per night for half term the service and customer care is so bad, as a guest your basically a second class citizen to the big super restaurants coya etc that want to stripe you up for 250 euros per bed even though its 20% full. But for that grand a night you get a small section on the beach and a pool area with half conscious waitor service ie 1h30 for a coffee. Have luckily stayed at some very nice hotels around the world in all different seasons, but none that claim to be this high end with such poor guest service. Mykonos in 2022/2023 got bad press for this and just seems a copy and paste model. Hope this is constructive feedback to liven up a little because im sure guests who vacate these places regularly wont accept this standard even if they do have the money. Although did get a free tin of tennis balls with our court booking!

We visited the Puento Romano during our babymoon (last vacation without a baby). And what amazing it was!! The hotel is beautiful located between Marbella centre and Puerto Banus and has some of the most exquisite dining experiences. We had the pleasure to have breakfast at SeaGrill and lunch at Chiringuito. Both were amazing. Given the pregnancy, we were anxious about some of the ingredients, but the staff was very knowledgeable and ensure we could fully enjoy our meals. It is truely THE place to be when staying in Marbella. Kudos to the team and how this property is managed by the General Manager Mr. Rodriguez. We will be back (with a child :-)

Myself and my 11 year old contracted food poisoning by the pool which is served by the sea grill. Sickness and diarrhoea with 5/6 hours of consumption. Both fell ill with 30 minutes of each other whilst at dinner that evening. Symptoms last 3 days for my daughter 4 days for me, ruined our 6 night stay. What was equally abhorrent was the handling of it from the staff from first reporting to leaving. The arrogance was astounding. At every turn we were questioned as though it was a fantasy we were thinking up. We were met with statements of “no one else has reported symptoms” to “good has been sent away and tested with negative results”. Having been a loyal customer at this hotel for over 20 years I can categorically stay this was our last stay.

A fabulous holiday destination. Excellent accommodation. All the Restaurants are high end. Service and food excellent. Lovely tennis club and modern gym on site too. Luxurious treatments in the spa. Accommodation is stone throw away from the beach. Food and drinks served while sunbathing. Service from all the staff was very impressive. All in all a fantastic holiday. We will definitely return. Wish I was back there this week….

This is the best place in Marbella. We were really impressed with the resort. The kids did love to explore around the gardens and I couldn’t stop taking pictures everywhere. The restaurants are the best, you don’t really need to leave the resort if you don’t want to. Seagrill’s breakfast is simply the best I’ve ever seen. I tried a new restaurant called Gaia, super instagram!!! Love the buganvillas. Another night we went to Coya. What a surprise! The decorations are a top but the food is even better. Try the ceviche (to dye for). The last night we had dinner at Cipriani, delicious and real Italian food. The place is super elegant and relaxing. I loved everything from the napkins to the cushions. Next time I will leave more room for the merengue. The best one I have tried in a long time.
