The condo unit is on the top floor, one level, with elevator access and is one of the more ideally located condos offering the best all-around views. The rear deck overlooks the waterfront sound, Historic Manteo, and pans east across the sound to Jockeys Ridge. The front deck features a large covered porch and deck overlooking the marina. We love the top floor as it allows the best views, breezes, sunrises and sunsets.The condo is renovated with a bright, cozy, beachy feel. It is tastefully decorated with fun beach themed cheerful décor. The living room has a couch, love seat, chair and a large flat screen Smart TV with DIRECTV service. Sliding glass doors bring you outside to a deck accessible from the master suite as well. Also, if you bring your boat, (up to 21ft.), or trailer, parking and day dockage is available (must register in advance, no extra fee, ask for details). We love that the restaurants, shopping, waterfront and attractions of downtown Manteo which are located minutes away and are accessible by car, bike or a short walk. WELCOME! This is a relaxing community where you can enjoy the views of the marina from your private balcony. When you walk into the condo, you'll be in the living, dining & kitchen areas which was designed with an open concept in mind. Relax or dine on the new furniture or dining room table. This area is great for entertaining & enjoying family & friends. There is also a 1/2 bath in this area for convenience. Walk down the hall to the bedrooms. The first door on the right is the bunk room that has a 4 bed bunk system with a trundle (5 singles). There is a shared full bath with the Queen bed room. Across the hall from the queen room is the Master bedroom with a remodeled master bath that includes a jetted tub. Washer & dryer is located at the end of the hall to keep up on laundry. All bedrooms have new furniture, linens and have access to a patio. All patios have new Polywood type furniture to enjoy the outdoor space. This condo has been updated with new furniture, linens & all dishes necessary for an enjoyable stay. Cook a delicious meal on the gas stove. If you're visiting for boating or fishing, park your boat in the marina at the first come, first serve, slips for up to two weeks free. Walk across the driveway to the pool (closed during winter) & club house where there is a gym to continue your exercise routine or begin a new one. Take a nice walk along the board walk of the marina to enjoy a wonderful view of Shallow Bag Bay. Hungry? Stop in at STRIPERS restaurant located on the property for great food, fun & fabulous views of the bay. There is also a dolphin site seeing tour which leaves right from our marina. May be closed during off-seasons. You can walk or bike the short distance to Manteo's downtown district where there are restaurants, shops and plenty to do for the whole family.
