Pool was very nice! I wish the equipment at the gym worked. Some equipment was not working. Food was very nice as well!

Everything is fine. Professional approach to each client. We really liked the water and cleanliness of the hotel. Quiet place to relax. We have been here many times and will definitely come back again!!! Bganba to you all and prosperity

For the most part it is a nice place friendly staff, food at the restaurant is expand the service there great. The pool area wasn’t real inviting needs some upgrades and repairs cement missing on the floor of the pool in some places, some of the deck around the pool was green could be a little more cheery in that area.

Everything was pretty good overall. One major concern we had was our shower in our room #411 wouldn’t work. They told us to pull hard on the knob which gave us a trickle of water. If I had pulled any harder I’d have pulled it off the wall. Our booking says queen beds not doubles.

First time here! Lots of potential, not enough staff to maintain properly! Poor condition of grounds, change room and pool area. Noted blood around hot pool, alerted staff, but only partial cleaning done! Pool water full of hair as well as pool walls not properly washed.

Check in was not great....Waited over 30 mins after check in time to get a room and front desk staff was rude. Fire alarm went off in our room (ONLY) for over 30 mins before staff dealt with it. Spoke to Front office Manager at check out. Manager was VERY professional and apologized for everything offering us a small token to use if we return. Everything else was great!! Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the Pool, Spa and restaurants. We will go back again.

I like the swimming pool with the mineral water .Enjoyed the different temperatures of the pool water.
Very relaxing .It was also big accommodating a lot of people .

The staff were unable to "find" my reservation, even though I showed them my email from *******. They found me a room, but it took a long time, and they definitely blamed *******. I had made the reservation several months ahead...and was certainly ticked about the screw up. They told me I would have to take it up with *******. So, who screwed up?? Do I quit using *******?

The pool area was slimy and slippery
The rooms and hallways smelt musty
Could use a update
Rooms Overpriced on ******* by 40.00 a night
Disappointed by that will not use *******
Restaurant and staff excellent
Had French toast undercooked
