The staff were unable to "find" my reservation, even though I showed them my email from *******. They found me a room, but it took a long time, and they definitely blamed *******. I had made the reservation several months ahead...and was certainly ticked about the screw up. They told me I would have to take it up with *******. So, who screwed up?? Do I quit using *******?
