Hotel is clean and condusive for people who want to explore the city because the location is very accessible. Great service and the staff were really courteous and nice!

Room was adequate for my needs, located in the heart of Ermita. Near Intramuros and Rizal Park, surrounded by lots of real life moments with lots of flavour. Great local sports bar and eateries that aren’t for the faint of heart but a must for cultural immersion. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Value for money.

It's good hotel for the fist Philippine trip. Good location in Manila. Very nice hotel staff. Highly recommended if you are looking for economic hote and first time trip in Philippine.

位置不錯。門口保安也很nice。馬尼拉便宜的酒店通病，設備設施比較陳舊。和國內的快捷酒店是有點差距。但是這個價格，還要啥自行車？

my stay was very good. clean and cozy. staff are so welcoming. palagi silang nakangiti at bumabati. I would say that this hotel is very recommendable but there is one thing na nakakadismaya, this guy na wearing polo barong, i think one of the security personnel, tiningnan lang ako habang hirap na ako sa bitbit ko na mga bagahe ko, walang kusa to lend a hand. dapat thoughtful man lang at least... just saying..

The hotel is perfect for low budget travelers, however some mid budget travelers will find it good, it consists of one floor, the hotel including the rooms are non-smoking, it is very clean (cleaner than some four star hotels in that area), good security, excellent & friendly staff, good location, the street in front of the hotel is clean, a lot of 24 hours cafes, restaurants & bars near by, Robinson Midtown Mall & Manila Bay are about 10 to 15 minutes walk. I booked the mini suite which was very clean, the furniture were in good condition, toilet size was good (plenty of hot water), a flat screen TV with cable channels, Wi Fi is available & free, & house keeping were excellent. The in-room safe was very small (good only for money & passport) so if you have a laptop & other electronics better to keep them in your bags, the rooms that facing the street are very noisy because of the traffic outside which starts at about 7 am daily, the corridor on the lift side (from the inside of the hotel) is the noisiest, the security staff that records who enters & exits the rooms sits at the end of it from night till morning talking loudly & they keep the fire exit door open which allow noise from cars & near by bars to enter. There is no elevator, no swimming pool & no business center, the coffee shop closes at 9 pm.

A one of a kind experience. The Hotel is very nice and has a good services. When it comes to staff these two person that greeted me warmly Ms. Andrea. and Mr. Richmond are just like a medicine, they took away the stress in me. Specially this chinito :) Mr. Richmond, he treated me like a VIP and I felt like I'm home. :) hindi ko to naramdaman sa mga ibang hotels before. :) so good job po. I will highly recommend this Hotel to my family and friends. Thank you so much for the best accommodation, sa uulitin. :)

I was dropped off at this hotel by a taxi driver (a faulty address had been given by my airbnb reservation). This was the first time I was in the country, so, even though I am a man, I was traveling solo and was a bit nervous to be dropped off at a place that was not my own. The hotel guard opened the car door and greeted me. I told him that I could not contact my host because my internet service was not good here. The guard, with a smile, picked up my luggage and told me that we would sort it all out inside. At this point, I thought to myself, I will ask for the hotel wifi to contact my host. Inside I was welcomed by two very gentle front desk staff, Mayumi and Diwata, who welcomed me, and helped me contact the Airbnb host and told me that they would grab a taxi once they had it all sort it out. What an amazing country, and what amazing ambassadors! I have traveled through many countries and I have to say, this did not feel like a transaction, but the staff were really empowered to make anyone they come into contact with happier than they found them. Every hotel has beds, and amenities, but not every hotel is a safe haven. Casa Bocobo definitely will make your stay feel like an experience beyond giving you a place to bunk for the night. I went back to the hotel this morning to drop off doughnuts for the staff. I will book my next stay there for sure.

Highly recommended because of its services and friendly employees. Located in the heart of Pasay City with easy access to malls, restaurants, and other landmarks. Special mention to Miss Issa for being very friendly and accommodating. She will find her way to help with need of the clients. ❤️
