Had a very satisfactory stay at BSA Towers in Ortigas. The location is extremely convenient—right in the heart of Ortigas Center and just a short walk to malls, restaurants, and essentials. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it perfect for both short and extended stays. Great value for money considering the prime location and comfortable amenities. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a practical and comfortable place to stay in Ortigas.

Location wise it is undoubtedly good, very convenient if you have a business within Ortigas CBD. For us, we have few errands in Megamall so it was definetly a great place to stay. Amenities - Pool: Came here with my kids, thought that the pool called “Wave Pool” has waves on it but unfortunately, it in not unfunctioning as it is intended. Does’t looked well maintained as well as my kid described it as rusty. - Parking: It wasn’t clearly advised that in the booking that we are supposed to pay for a flat rate of P350 pesos (overnight) to be able to park in the hotel. Otherwise, you can park at the open parking nearby. Room - Room was very spacious for us and is almost an almost furnished kitchen (no cooking utensils despite having stove) but has 2 sets of plates, mug, and glass. Good that there’s a refrigerator as well - nice view from our hotel room - no netflix - has wifi (but weak signal) - No towels, we were informed that towels will be available 7am the next day and they can offer bath robe instead (I agreed but it arrived for around 40 mins after calling operator) - No toothbrush/toothpaste, but they have shampoo and small soap. If booking for leisure, this might not be the best place but if you’re booking for convenience and accessibility, this hotel is a good fit!

We had a great stay in this hotel. It wasn't the best there is, but it will do for it's price. Location is superb too as it's just right across sm megamall. The kids enjoyed the pool and they loved the view from high up.

Had a fantastic time with our family!

The place appeared clean at first glance. However, upon closer inspection using a UV light, some stains were detected on the duvet that were not visible to the naked eye. Additionally, I noticed a few small cockroaches in various corners of the room. Fortunately, spraying isopropyl alcohol was effective in eliminating them immediately. Despite these issues, the overall cleanliness was acceptable for a short overnight stay. It was satisfactory.

Okay naman siya for rush bookings na kailangan ng stay. Not happy with the room lang masikip and parang extension lang yung room. For the breakfast, I am saddened lang kasi wala yung gusto kong food. Sakto lang.

nice place to stay

It's very decent considering it's price, it actually exceeded expectations after reading previous feedback. Love it's proximity to Mega, Shang and The Podium; nice staffs, the bed was soft, AC cold, great pools and the view is to die for! There were a few dead cockroaches here and there, hot shower not working and some stains in 1 towel. Nonetheless, we had a great stay, def recommendable and we'll def be back!

Good location we’re doing business around ortigas centre. Very affordable. Rooms are very big and cosy despite being old.

Okay lahat pati staff and attendants ng reception. But not working yung microwave and kalan :( Hindi namin nainit yung food and di rin nakapagluto ng bfast. This is my 4th time booking sa bsa and ganun talaga yung kalan nila, sobrang hina, ang tagal bago makaluto kahit prito lang ng egg lol. Pero kung stay ang pag uusapan, we are well rested naman. Malakas a/c and relaxing view and bed.

As usual, good location and stable internet. Requested double bed during booking but was given 2 single beds instead. At the end need to join 2 beds into 1 but Daily housekeeping struggled to replace bed sheet that can fit into a larger bed, left unclean bedsheets sometimes.

Bad experience elevator take to long to wait room not that clean even service quite bad ...

A beautiful, central, clean and certainly cozy place to enjoy as a couple.

Hotel lobby staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious more than what I expect. AC is okay, bathroom is okay, TV is okay. Very close to our office and the SM megamall so it is convenient.
