Clean facilities, lovely and helpful staff, hotel room has everything that you need for an overnight business trip. Loved the make up mirror. Some improvement feedback would be to have two ironing boards in the ironing room. Literally a stone's throw away from the Convention Centre

Comfortable room,polite receptionist, excellent service from Tracey in the reception area for breakfast. My children enjoy there stay. The bed was comfortable.No problem at all with the shower.i am glad that we were in control of the heating.Love the updated light system.

Thank you Dagmara and the team for a great stay! The hotel is in a great central location but still really quiet, even on a bank holiday weekend! The room was as you would expect with a good shower. Team were all very friendly, and even though it was busy, there were plenty of team around to avoid any waits. Thank you!

My stay at the hotel was very nice and friendly. The service was very nice and helpful. Dagma was very nice, patient and helpful, she answered all my questions in detail. The room was very clean and well-kept, the bed was very comfortable and I had a good night's sleep.

Great stay! Friendly team at check in and out, could not do enough and managed to organise an early check in! Room spotless and a lovely treat of prosecco and chocolates on arrival which was amazing! Really thoughtful! Peefect location with access to tram and trains. Thankyou for a great stay! We will be back!

I had a nice time Dagma was polite, she smiled at the customers, she had a kind word for everyone, thank you for any advice and tips. I recommend the hotel, clean rooms, great service, even the weather was nice, very close to the city center and good transport.

City Central, great location. Been for 10k race, food and drinks afterwards so ideal from the finish line. Clean hotel, friendly staff, JahPd looked after us superbly well. Was a shame we couldn't open any windows to let fresh air in though and air-con set at 19c and wouldn't go lower. Apart from that no issues. We'll be back next year!

Wonderful place to stay. Central, easy to get everywhere from. Clean and roomy (we stayed in a premier plus room) Bed was comfortable and the shower was perfection. The staff where kind and courteous and willing to help with anything needed. 10/10 would recommend.
