Beautiful hotel I booked the standard king size room it was lovely the bed was so comfortable and I got a free complimentary drink from the bar on arrival,I had a continental breakfast in the morning 10* I will definitely stay again

I stayed for one night to catch an early flight the next day. I was given a room that was intended for a disabled person with unfamiliar appliances that were inconveniently low. The central heating was not working and there were temporary heaters near the bed. However, the bathroom was freezing cold and taking a shower was an uncomfortable experience. I mentioned all this at reception when I checked out and was told that I should have raised these issues after checking in. The staff considered that it was my responsibility to obtain a suitable room rather than the responsibility of the hotel to provide one. I was left with the feeling that the hotel's first choice was to give me the least desirable room and only change it if I complained.

Fab Hotel is flying from terminal 1 or 2. Walking distance, great breakfast, and restaurant. Never used the gym but functional.

Lovely hotel my only down side there was only one bath sheet and there was two of us staying

Fantastic hotel.Room was immaculate. Facilities very good.Staff very helpful and friendly. Location to T1 was 5 min walk so very handy indeed

Efficient check in, great room, polite and friendly staff. Choice of two restaurants and we chose Sampan Thai Restaurant, food was fabulous, best Thai food I’ve ever had. A definite must if your staying overnight at Manchester airport.

Only there for 12 hours. Quick check-in and check-out as early flight in morning. Gave shaving foam so didnt have to go out the hotel to find any. Breakfast was ample and your usual style fry up with toast and hot drinks. Only problem - not the hotel but the road from the terminal to the hotel is not very comfortable for wheeling suitcases and about 50 metres of gravel to also walk through. So either you have strong arms to lift cases or you prefer pulling your case through stones and dirt, those are the options of being reasonably close to terminal and train station (10 minutes easily between the hotel and terminal with bags).

Hotel was a short walk from the train station. Arranged a shuttle from hotel to airport within 10 minutes (8 GBP). Facilities were nice, room was nice, hotel lobby/bar area was nice.

A great hotel with fantastic breakfast and friendly staff. They need to change the specifications on the website. We booked a king bed and we had to ask to change rooms as it was only a double. The man on reception said it’s a king room and I informed home that it says king bed on the website and gives the measurements for a king bed.

Good location, about 10 minutes walk from T3 Manchester airport. The pavements are not in great condition for rolling suitcases along though. The hotel itself was great, quick & easy check-in and check-out, very friendly staff, comfy bed, good breakfast, quiet rooms/corridors. Would stay again.
