The room is very big and spotless, big bathroom. The restaurant is also good, the breakfast has a great variety. Kids friendly, there are many activities for kid, teen and adult.

When we went there the beach was dirty, however the hotel was clean. Location is far from anywhere. Only nearby mandalika circuit. There is no online transportatiom there but they have free shuttle to kuta.

Beautiful and quiet resort atmosphere. Excellent service from the friendly staff. The breakfast options were great. Room was big and very comfortable. The location was a little bit far off from the other main areas but still ok. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time at the Pullman Lombok Mandalika. The room was incredibly comfortable and spacious, and the hotel staff were so warm and welcoming. We also had the chance to dine at their restaurant, although it was a bit on the expensive side, we felt it was worth it considering the hotel's high standards. It's important to note that the hotel is a bit far from the nearest city area, Kuta, and the capital city of Lombok, Mataram. So, if you prefer staying closer to the bustle of city life, this might not be the best choice for you. However, if you're looking for a peaceful and luxurious retreat away from the hectic pace of everyday life, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

Wonderfull stay at Pullman! Perfect beach front clear sky blue sea. We checkedin late due to flight timing had email them earlier but didnt get any response. Mentioned this to elang (recprtionist) to handled it professionally. They have scheduled shuttle to Kuta. Breakfast was pricey. Room was superb! Loveee the room

Very nicee. My kids were really happy. Yet, the food is nlt really good especily sushi. It was like eating an ice cube. But croissant was beessyy

Check-in was a breeze. We were given room above the trees and had a great view of the beach. Clean rooms and sufficient toiletries. Breakfast was great with the choice of local and international food. Liked the fresh breads, cakes and juices too. Staff hospitality were nice and left something to remenber. The pool size is great. Booking a transport to Kuta was easy and the service is punctual. Security at the entrance and the beach gives us the confidence. Liked the tips given to us about wild animals outside the hotel and which area to avoid. Close proximity to Mandalika Circuit is a plus and the direct highway route to the airport means we do not need to rush for our flight. Had a nice stay and would be great to return.

It was such a lovely stay at Pullman. Excellent place and service by the staff! Highly recommended! Very beautiful private beach too. Room amenities were splendid.

Recommend hotel with beautiful beach view

Room is big, but the hotel is not within walkable distance to main town. There is not hanger for the room, while taking bath i have to put my clean shirt on railing beside toilet bowl.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pullman Mandalika Beach Resort. Positives: -The food was amazing, both in the restaurant and in room dining. -The room was very comfortable, with great lighting. -The staff were friendly and welcoming. -The resort was very clean.   Negatives: -We arrived after the check in time of 2pm but waited 15-20 minutes to be served by staff and then another 50 minutes to receive our room key/card. -There were no towels when we checked in our room, we had to order them, which took 45 minutes to be delivered. -The resort is a little isolated, you have to walk a considerable distance to access local shops, restaurants, entertainment. Highly recommend staying at this resort and will be back again.

New and well designed and furnished hotel nearer to airport. Complimentary hotel transport to Kuta town great. Easy transfer to airport done at concierge. Grounds not matured enough to be shady. Nice walk to Bt Seger for panoramic view of bay and surroundings. Good food and service at restaurant.
