Really poor customer service i have ever experienced and hotel we pay for the breakfast and hotel didn’t provide it and even they didn’t refund my money

酒店設施相當於國內三星水平，七百多的價格也不算多便宜，房間挺大的，有印度洋海景，除此之外沒什麼優點了。早餐實在有點敷衍，十點結束的早餐，我們九點四十去餐廳的時候，已經幾乎沒熱食吃了，衹能吃點麪包，估計餐廳服務員也是看不下去了給我們弄了個蛋卷。 整體服務令人失望，打電話要拖鞋要了兩次，退房時關於早餐收費問題又耽誤了半小時，各種不順利。

A healing cafe is a friendly bar with tasteful decoration, extremely friendly waiters (special mention to Siddeeq and Yumanthi) and varied drinks to order (and even available in room service). Prices are fair and the ocean view is plus. I recommend it !

The hotel was fantastic.The rooms were extremely beautiful, and cozy. Excellent service from all the staff. Great selection of Sri Lankan food. Very attentive service by the wait staff at breakfast. Overall we had a wonderful time at MaRadha!

We had a fantastic experience at the birthday party we hosted at Maradha Hotel. The staff was very supportive throughout the entire process, from the initial arrangements to the day of the event, consistently going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The F&B Manager frequently checked in with us to ensure everything was perfect, despite it being a relatively small event of 30 people. They truly understood the significance of our son's 21st birthday celebration. The food was fresh and delicious, with plenty available until the event concluded. The service was exceptional, with the team remaining enthusiastic and attentive until the very end of the night. Special mention goes to Sanjeewan for his outstanding commitment to service. Overall, it was a great experience.

Everything was very good. From the moment we were welcomed at reception we were made to feel very welcome. The people in the bar on the ground floor are absolutely friendly and they will do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible (even calling to get train times for the next day). We then had dinner on the rooftop, a great experience with staff who took great care of us (Dilan, Apsara, Gunaratjna and Gihan), who helped us make our dish less spicy ;) Thank you for everything, we will advise you and we will come back without hesitation on a future trip to Colombo.

Sky Yard must visit place while in Colombo, make sure you get drinks from Pratip (Bar Tender) simply superb! Their happy hour up to 7pm, make sure you get buy 1 free 1 cocktail. The ambience really fantastic and good place to chill after long hours flight.

Booked for a two night stay as a stop gap before moving on, lovely clean hotel, rooms are light and airy with everything you need for a pleasant stay, reception staff warm & welcoming. Went to the sky bar for food & drinks and it did not disappoint. Good food, good drinks, and good vibes. Waitress Apsara was very attentive, and super friendly. Overall 10/10

Food was nice; the service was good, kudos to Apsara and team for the service. The view is really nice, looking forward to having some music and entertainment along with it; would make a tremendous combination. All in all good service, good food and good company.
