The stay was good 😊 we stay with family members and children allmost 3 to 4 days the food great and our rooms view that's is also good ☺️ staff was very humble and helpful spicial thanks to reception staff they change our rooms also thanks to all serenity team

Our stay was great we stay hare almost 3 days our room view that was osm and food is very tasty we love it reception housekeeping and restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful room was clean ☺️ location is very good we love to visit again thanks for everything 😊

Serenity is awesome.............. I really loved to stay at serenity hotel the staff is nice and kind thank to Mr Avinash for best hospitality................. Excellent rooms, delicious food , good service, best view from balcony of rooms , Lactation of hotel is nice it arrount the mountains which is almost cover with snow and the experience of hotel and the mountains view is the best and the staff is very nice and good communicate

The serenity is the perfect choice for nature lovers.Avinash rana sir with hospitality and nature.The view from the room is excellent. Rastaurant has the big choice of food menu. Game zone for kids gor their enjoyment.Reception community gave us huge attention!!We should prefer best hotel to stay at ***ali

Good hospitality, excellent balcony view, polite staff…Providing good game zone for spending some time with friends…make good memories at this resort!! Himalaya is easily seen from this balcony of this resort!! Reception community gave us huge attention!!

One of the best hotel in ***ali with all the facilities good food and breakfast and dinner and food was available till late night and also there was variety of options and it's very friendly and suitable for all kinds of people best for couples family and also bachelors and the view from the balcony is so astonishing and the staff are very friendly we came from ***glore and we enjoyed our vacation Sathya .

The hotel is at scenic view. Staff of hotel is very polite and courteous. The food options are amazing. Room Service and room facilities are too good. The room view is of apple orchids and snow mountains. The ***ager Mr. Avinash Rana is too supportive and kind. We would love to visit the place again.
