Hotel Smugglers

A nice hotel, courteous and polite staff, wonderful views from the balcony. Very close to the Hidimba Devi Temple and Mall road. I would be happy to revisit! The only disappointment is the outside road but other than that everything else was amazing :)

It’s a basic hotel with 3 star services. The room was basic with all basic service like intercom, WiFi. Among the family of 4 only 1 towel was there. Only saviour for the hotel is it’s heating systems. In extreme cold their Center ally heated rooms were like heaven. The staff was very patient and gentle. Though they tend to charge more then what they can offer in peak season. It is not centrally located and is quite far from the mall. Also the road is very narrow to reach the place. If it snows it becomes very difficult to reach in car. Their kitchen was very average..it’s always better to eat at any cafe at mall. Still will give give this place a 3star as the staff was very gentle and helpful if they can also heating was a bliss.

We booked 3 rooms. Some of the pillow covers were in poor condition. Bedsheet had a stain. The bodywash and shampoo dispensers were empty.We had to ask for toilet paper rolls.The hotel is 3 km from mall road and the drive is rough.

Great place best hotel I ever watched, I love this place a lot , review theme based hotel and good view of balcony , 3types of rooms, good food, playing zone, big lawns and sitting area, born fire available, hidimba devi temple is very close and at walking distance of 5 mins, u will love it a lot

It's very beautiful ❤️ theme based hotel near hadimba Devi temple in between the nature . If I am talking about rooms are realy very beautiful with the theme of pirates (jack sparrow and barbosaa room) with private balcony and beautiful view of snow peaked moutain and whole ***ali. They have temperature 🌡️ control in rooms . They have there own playing zone with facilities of Pool table , tt and more games. Apart from them that have well equipped Gym , lawn area with arrangements of bonfire and music. This hotel is full 🌝 on package just a draw back 200 meter is narrow and one more thing it's near by 2 km from Mall road

I was in ***ali for a event and we choose hotel smuggler for our stay. Really very good hotel at very peaceful location with a great view of Snow covered mountains. After our event when back to hotel we have great with friends in there lawn with bonfire and music . Really very good hotel with beautiful room, playing zone , zym and lots of other things. Highly recommended for groups of friends and young peoples

It's really very good experience at hotel Smugglers. I am looking for a hotel with great view between the nature away from noisy and city husel busel. I found hotel smugglers just 3 km from City center with great view and between the nature. 200 meters road from hotel till DPs school is narrow and not in good condition otherwise every thing is mire than perfect. You have to stuggel little to get hidden gem. Check in process is very smooth. I was with my husband and chidren and we was coming here for relax ,so we want palce where we not feel bored andbrgus hotel is all the things like playing zone for childs , lawn for adults, zym to take your fitness and disco for party . what expect more. If I am taking about room anf vieqw than I havr no words. Its a theme based hotel on Pirates of Caebian we choose there jack sp****w from because this favourite cartcter of my son. Its situated on the top floor with all 5 star amnities and I can not describe the view in words. You can witness whole ***ali from balcony, hampta pass, pandurroopa mountains, jogni waterfall , rotang pass and as well ***ali city. Staff anf service is up to mark, if you are coming for exclent holidays than only option is hotel Smugglers. Highly recommend for newly married couple and families .
