Accommodation is in a great location, walking distance to everything. They do not offer a spa as advertised. The soundproofing is poor or non existent, the noise from the roof bar carries to the accommodation, it does stop at around 11:30, there is also a lot of noise in the corridor with voices and doors banging. The main issue was the condition of the apar**ent, everything is worn and in need of replacing, the washing machine is very old and is not fit for purpose, leaving washing sodden wet even after spin/drain. The cleanliness is poor with filthy cupboards and mould on the walls. The bed/bedding was clean on our arrival but was not changed in the 8 nights we stayed.

I wanted to check in the apar**ent but the owner refused me because he did not let me take my super clean 8000€ road bike with me in the apar**ent for that night. I would totally understand if it's a normal dirty bike, but mine looks like it's new and it would not have done any damage. The designated spot they suggested is right at the exit and there was no way to lock it safely. My bike would not be standing there for 30min till it would be stolen. I ask for a refund but the owner declined that too. So I have to leave a complete negative review even it's unfair like refusing a guest and not having the courage to refund his money.

Until I arrived at the property I wasn't aware that the rooftop terrace had a full service bar which seems to be very popular with the locals. I was in apar**ent 1-5 which is at the rear of the property where I found in the evenings sound carries very clearly from the terrace. It does close at 11:30 so you don't get any noise going into the small hours but if you want to have a late afternoon/early evening siesta prepare to be disturbed. It is closed for a few days during the week. The apar**ent itself was very good, the bed was very comfortable and the location is excellent. I would visit again but would avoid apar**ent 5 on any of the floors

Was really impressed with this accommodation. It delivered a lot more than I expected. Beautiful bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed and overall impeccably clean. It was super central too just two minutes walk from the Alcazaba and Calle Larios and about ten minutes from the nearest seafront. Tarek in reception made me feel at home the minute I walked through the door and Hanna in the terrace bar, who suffered my singing on the karaoke, was just as friendly and welcoming. Thank you to both of them. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want a central location that's affordable. It's excellent.

+ Perfect location for the historical centre, just a few minutes walk. The host was very friendly and helpful. Everything clean, comfortable bed, excellent wifi, very good shower, small kitchen with basic equipment
- the superior study turned out to be an inside room, so absolutely no view and no day light

The property is called apar**ents but should be called rooms with a kitchen. I can't really complain about the staff but the property is dated and not ideal for a relaxing a**osphere. Unfortunately I experienced an unfortunate event which was a big bug moving around my room which it definitely made me regret to have chosen this accommodation. A good thing was the location.

Great place for a few days. Very clean and reception very helpful. Located near lots of local bars and restaurants. Would recommend very good value. Rooms are very compact but have everything you need.
