Gọn gàng và sạch sẽ. Nhưng tủ trong phòng có mùi mốc. Có lẽ khách sạn có thể cân nhắc sử dụng máy làm mát không khí. Nếu không thì một kỳ nghỉ thú vị

This is our 2nd time staying in this hotel. It’s a building by itself with own compound. Ample parking space. It is build beside a cruise ship jetty(not sure if it’s in operation). Room is big, have all the amenities needed. Hair dryer, tooth brush, shampoo etc. The shampoo is Dove brand which is good as it has moisturizer. Bed is super big and comfortable, water pressure is good and air conditioning is not noisy. We had a good night sleep here. A few POI are walkable. Jonker street will be a little far (about 20 mins easy walk). Opposite is a shopping center. Overall is a good hotel to stay.

Everything okay, from check in until check out. 1st ramadhan at hotel. Sahur buffet okay. Kids love it.

Our Cny family trip to Malacca, overall are acceptable, room is clean, breakfast not bad.

Request for room service today since 1pm while we went out for shopping. Came bck to hotel @ 11pm and nothing is being done! Pillow & comforter has stains! Look at the photo i posted for you to see! We were stranded for an hour while they make up d room! We r with kids!! Never prompts us even when d room is ready! Key card could not unlock when we reached our room as door has issue! Called for room service, phone for display i guess. Nobody even answer from morning till night!!! Finding for a parking lot, all lots were full coz of D&D event from outside company. Us as hotel guest no slot. Wat nonsence is this?! Pathetic hotel to stay! Not a 2nd time anymore! If u intend to book a hotel, pls avoid this hotel at all cost! Waste money & waste time! Front desk not pro active at all! No recovery service at all when we even paid for the stayed. Holiday inn melaka, is this how u trained ur staff?!

Best place to stay in Melacca.

We had 3 nights 2 days for the entire stay. The location is ok, walking distance around 10-15mins to Jonker Walk night market. the hotel provides free shuttle to the clock tower (Opposite will be Jonker walk) for every 2 hours till 2200hrs daily, and we can Whatapps concierge in case we need to communicate with the hotel which is very good, and they are very helpful to provide a lot tourist information to us. The size of the hotel room is spacious. it just looks a bit ordinary for the inner design. The temperature is comfortable during sleep at night. Bfast is very so and so, and on the 1st day, we went down to the cafe around 0945 (which they closed at 1030). Everything looked almost finished, and the staff did not replenish the food. The hot dish was not hot enough, while the cold dish like the ham didn't put on top of the ice to make sure the temperature was safe to eat. On the last day of departure, the hotel started construction work (KEEP DRILLING) from 10ish in the morning, but I didnt see any notice posted out in the lift or letter sent to the room to inform the guest. As my mom falled sick those day, and I tried to call the operator and request them to delay a bit the drilling time like drilling after 1230hrs, at least most of the guest check-out first) but the operator was VERY RUDE and said it's already 1200 (in fact that was 11ish not till Check-out time yet) and said they can do nothing to stop it.....sucks....

Had a great stay at Holiday Inn Melaka. We were assigned family room upon check in however I discovered small insects on the bed and on the phone. Talked to the staff and they changed my room within 10mins. Fast and good service provided by the staffs there. Overall, the stay was great 👍

Good location, friendly staff. Did not use any of the amenities as hotel was crowded

Lucky to get connecting room upon checking-in. Breakfast spoil for choices must make teh tarik permanently at drink station. Overall good stay and clean

The location is good but it is still complicated to walk to the old town. Also the window cannot be tight enough and the road traffic is quite noisy.

We got the kids suite. Some things that may be useful to others. Location. It’s a so-near-yet-so-far situation. We can see the main attractions from our room. Seems very walkable. But because of the highway right in front of the hotel, we have to go one big round to get to the main attractions. As such, I wouldn’t advise walking. We took grab everywhere. Waiting time may be longer as it’s not KL. Affordable option though. Grab drivers were friendly and recommended places to go. Room. Spacious for the 3 of us. Kid loved the bunk bed, little tent they set up, kids table and chair with colouring materials. Very thoughtful of the hotel. Toilet seems a little dated. I believe it’s an older hotel, but can see the efforts to spruce the environment. Bathrobes and bathroom slippers provided. Hotel amenities. Decent gym. Good enough for a holiday workout. Basic swimming pool, infinity concept. Breakfast spread was actually very decent, contrary to what we had read from previous previews. Service was great. Staff always did their best to advise and render help. Would recommend this room for families with 1 or 2 kids. Very spacious.
