Jabal Omar Marriott Hotel, Makkah

Very smooth check-in, although we arrived early. The receptionist was very helpful and polite. The room is spacious, clean, and new. They provide shuttle bus to the Al-Haram area, so convenient! Very quiet hotel and one can feel the luxury.

I had a bad experience with the lobby receptionist. I lost my iPhone 14, which I left inside the Jabal Omar Marriott shuttle bus around 2 am when I went to the Haram for Tawaf. I called my phone using my sister's phone when I noticed I left it on the bus. Thankfully, someone picked up and he want help to pass my phone to the hotel receptionist. While at the Haram, I focused on my Tawaf and prayers, returning to the hotel around 11 am. My sister also checked my phone's location during our time at the Haram, which showed it was at Jabal Omar Marriott. However, when I met the receptionist and inquired about my phone, she denied any knowledge of it. Despite my insistence and showing her the phone's detected location, she remained unhelpful. Her name was Alpra (not Arabic, but she appeared to be of African descent). Fortunately, I approached the bellboy service for assistance. I showed them the picture of my phone's detected location in the surrounding area. Two of the bellboys, wearing red shirts/jackets, were particularly helpful. They meticulously checked each desk at the receptionist lobby and found my phone inside one, right beside where Alpra was standing. If Alpra help me during i approach her I only will took around 5 minutes. But because of her reluctant it took me almost 2 hours to get my phone back.

I love this hotel. They upgraded my guest room to suite room. I can see Masjidil Haram from my room. Each prayer, speaker will be connected direct from Al Haram. Very near to Al Haram. From Al Haram to hotel there are buggy you can take off.

MasyaAllah. A very comfortable hotel for families and I like the smell of flower in this hotel at lobby. The staffs so friendly and helpfull especially the receiptionist girl (sorry forgot the name) and housekeeper name Ahad. Really like the shuttle service. Sure I will repeat this hotel again with my family.

The receptionists (Girls Staff) were very cooperative. Our room was upgraded to a suite as a friendly gesture for our first visit. The breakfast food quality in olive restaurant was magnificent and a lebanese chef made us very delicious freshly bakes manakeesh. Room service was very quick. Golf cars provided to and from Haram were very helpful with hardworking drivers.

The breakfast was amazing but bakery is so so Location also is very difficult to walk to it need wait bus Stuff is excellent

Hiccups at check in but manageable with prompt action from Trip.com. Got upgraded to partial Kaabah view and given trip coins. Good hotel, not a busy location. Suitable for young and healthy as it requires a bit of walking. Nonetheless shuttle bus is available at all times. Good spread of breakfast. Overall it’s a good hotel to stay.

Had a fantastic stay. Hotel location is in close proximity to Haram. Easily accessible via shuttle or just walking. Standards are maintained at top level. Keep it up!!
